Correction. All the Tibetic languages aren't Balti. Balti is spoken in Baltistan and Nubra valley of Ladakh only. Purgi is spoken in Kargil, Dzongkha is spoken in Bhutan, Tibetan is spoken in tibet and Northern Nepal ( Sherpas ), Sikkimese is spoken in Sikkim, Ladakhi is spoken in Ladakh. Apart from Purgi , non of the above mentioned languages are mutually intelligible with Balti. Balti isn't even mutually intelligible with it's sister language like Ladakhi , Nubra-Skat, Chan-thang and Zanskari ( All spoken in Ladakh ). If we go by the criteria mentioned in the video then all the languages of Western Pakistan ( Punjabi, Shina , Sindhi , Pahari , Saraiki etc ) , those of Northern India ( Bojpuri , Hindustani " Hindi and Urdu " , Bengali , Rajisthani , Pahari , Koshur etc ) and Nepali are one language. All those languages stemmed from Sanskrit , Similarly all the Tibetic languages stemmed from old Tibetan but they are different languages. dunya k 2 biggest language families k name Indo-European aur Sino-Tibetan han . @@sajidasad7236 that's the difference of Tibetan, they still use their Old and archaic identity from the 7th century while their dialects has transformed further and further from each other until become eligible to be called as language. That's why many Tibetan still call those as dialects rather than language, because they still feel Tibetan. The demarcation of language or ethnicity is sometimes political
You are very right about the different variations of the Tibetan language in the Himalayan region. I come from there. And can attest to it. There must have been small distortions as it was passed to him over centuries.
Its windy place just like Tibet. Audio is not clear, can you put subtitle, so that we can watch again. I find interesting that part of world, people speak Tibetan. I watched some balti blogs, I tried to understand but its hard.
