Doing a workout is not a problem, problem is that with 67 years of age your body won't produce an amount of hormones for you to get what you need or want with your body. I didn't mean that he just takes these hormones and that he grows instantly. There's a lot o workout here too. I'm just saying that without these hormones he wouldn't be able to get such muscles.

I thought after Rocky Balboa it was the perfect way to end Rocky. I was so wrong, so bloody wrong, Creed made me love Rocky even more if that was even possible. Rocky became Mickey. Sly took his acting to another level. Deserved the bloody Oscar for best supporting actor. Every man that's into sports loves Rocky, he inspired us all.
The Rocky movies are easily the most inspirational series of movies I have ever seen in my life. My favourite is still Rocky II, closely followed by Rocky III, but Rocky VI was the perfect ending. It ended the same way Rocky I did. It may have seemed like Rocky lost...but he really won.
He made his dreams come true brothers and sisters. The moment he raised his hands on his head at the end was his goal vision come true!!! Ultimate reward! Never give up!! Much love peace peeps!!

I remember this 14 years ago and it still as good as new. I watched the European movie premiere back in 2006 it was bombastic and I knew already back then that it was epic and legendary movie moment down to the history books. Besides the Creed triology, Rocky Balboa 2006 is the last time we see Rocky fight.
I am now 25 years old and Rocky as been my hero since I was 7. When I feel like I can't do something, I just think to myself " What would rocky do ? Would he stay down ? NO ! "
