Great to see the Christmas party is coming. The best use of our lives is making the kids happy. It gives happiness in abundance to everyone. Well done. 👍❤️😇
It is awesome that your family gives back to the community.. I only wish that these children and families were being taught what Christmas was really about and that the message of Jesus Christ was being spread. No matter, still love that you give back..keep spreading the love. God Bless!
Introducing western voodoo, through "christianity", should be avoided at all costs. I guess you would leave out the horrors of the old testament and the killer, venegeful "god' within it or would you like them to get that "message" as well? Buddhism, far more compassion and the reality of life, with no gods, although plenty of mixed in voodoo, NOT part of it's teachings.
Hi Ryan.Glad you are thinking about demolishing your new property and to do a new build. When i first saw it,it was pretty obvious that the finished floor level was miles too low.Building new will save you a lot of heartache in the future.Good luck.
"It's a bit Thai style" Nailed it. Just when I think I'm getting it (Thai style) sussed, something like the discount knocks it back to starting my theory on the given subject again. Always humbling and good mental exercise.
I put my vote in for 7-11 coffee. CJs tend to be a bit sweet no matter how much I tell them to add less sweetener. My village is about four city blocks downtown. One year, we got another 7-11 (now have two), a CJs, and a Hokie Express. All with coffee shops. I mostly still go to Amazon, the large hot cappuccino is 60 baht and is better and cheaper than buying 2 35 or 40 baht small ones at most shops.
Hey Ryan, have you thought about applying for Thai citizenship, its probably a 5 yr project, but from all accounts they are going thru a modernisation process, so if you haven;t already could be a good time to start
Wow, I'M in Chiang Mai and I'd never heard of CJ Express. Found their website, hopped on it and navigated to their store locator to see the country covered in stores, probably at least a couple of thousand, but the entire North 9 provinces not a single store......seems bizarre.
I gave up coffee 3 years ago, never felt better. I had a hot chocolate at Heathrow before travelling to Thailand last week and it obviously had caffeine in it, I thought I was going to have a heart attack my heart was racing so much. I couldn't sleep for the 11 hour flight either 😂 It's good to get off it if you can.
It takes time I think it's good you invested in your place it's nice for you !! And you have room to do your business things that's easier too ! You have time to really think about what you want to do with it !! It will be there when you have the time and money ! it's not going anywhere!! It's a lot of work to do the party for the village kids! Also !! Thanks for the Vlog I enjoy them!
Kinda scammy on the discount thing. Gas stations do the same thing here in California. Nothing is priced so when you get to the counter and find it more expensive than you expected, some people are to embarrassed to say no and purchase it anyway.
I love CJ We have a membership there as well. We have a local one in our Providence in Thailand. I like to go there for their discounts and I can find some pretty cool gifts there too,to take back home to the states when we travel back
Its a big deal for the kids to have Xmas party, food, bouncy castle and a present. If their parents are poor then they probably don't get presents. Such cheap coffee, cheap living, unlike the UK!
I Don't drink, your coffee issue . Transfer to Lipton tea, watered down , like Robinson's squash. I drink it as an alternative to coffee on occasion. You can always and nam daeng to it. One big bottle of liptons tea, gets me 6 drinks on average, don't forget the ice.
Looks like a great party for the kids..Leaving out the "religious" ( although the holiday was just taken from the Romans, as there is NO recorded birth day of the son/god/ghost) part, a good move.
I believe you could get all the kids names and what they want and we can purchase it and mail it to you we all would love to purchase a gift and send it to them, and what they really want just a suggestion ❤
CJs is great, one not far from me. They have promotions and put a stall outside with loud speakers. Look for the yellow labels, sometimes it’s buy 1 get 1 free. Washing detergent, fabric softener and nappies is what I look out for. Fruit juice also is a bargain. Beers are average nothing special.
I sank into the bottom of your words, like cream drifts into coffee. A slow swirl, a devoted Sufi spinning, word for word, down...down...down. I laid there in the bottom of the cup, the warmth wrapped around me, caffeinated blanket. Stir me with the demitasse spoon, till I am deemed sweet enough, and you have drank every last drop. Including Sprite as it's really does taste different everywhere! That's like a fact. Because of certain regulations, you can only put so many sugars and giving body more energy strength too continuing what am I doing...
The old farmhouse property you should help someone locally set up a coffee shop for the time being so you do not have to drive your bloody car to a bloody 7-11 or CJ. Bloody hell how does that make sense? 555 Have a British friend with a Chinese wife who is always saying bloody hell, bloody this or that ... makes me laugh every time . Great Vlog as always Ryan and Mo. Peace, Love, and Happy Holidays Y'all
I don’t want UA-cam to take charitable donations meant for kids! UA-cam take 30% and 60% if a subscriber uses Apple Pay Go fund me take 2.9% This is ridiculous
Please wait. Don't become driven to create content. Besides. You don't need another project right now with small kids. You blame your anxiety levels on the coffee. 😂 Time for a bit of self reflection. It ain't about addiction to the coffee. Its about potential addiction to the algorithm. A very unhealthy state for many vloggers. And a real turn off as a viewer. Like reality shows that manufacture and script reality. Fake is fake. Build your other businesses. Enjoy your kids. Live your life. Let ideas flow from there. 😻

These children are reared with the message & influence of Theravada Buddhism.

You can consider a small knockdown building (concrete type) but since you said the areas is flood risk you might wanna look at rising the land first.
I suggest you gut the building ,and build a second floor duplex with parking underneith it ,maybe some utility rooms also

One of these days Joe 👍
I agree with the coffee, worst thing for anxiety. Affects me terribly. Same with alcohol, I drink nothing these days.
I havnt had coffee in lile a year. Dont miss it. Some tea tho. So much tastier and more options
I know it might be a big task, but could you do a bit of a wish list from the kids to gauge what they want?

Corporate greed. Disgusting how they can take that much!
It really is a joke!
I totally agree, especially Apple. Not as if their products are expensive enough. Take, take, take. 😡
@@Nttmf They all are greedy. Samsung tooo !!!!!!!
Cj’s also have a good collection of beer mainly Carabao and even Stella now that CP group won’t sell it or distribute it

I have got to CJ the last few days here IN Khon kaen. It seems most things are cheaper.
Great video, would love to contribute to your wonderful Christmas Project for Kids! 🎄🎅🎁
Thanks Tami - info is in the pinned comment 🙏🙏
Do your kids have UK passports? Thai passports restrict a lot of travel.
Yup 👍
L'Theanine helps with caffeine jitters.
It’s always the same with these big corporation companies taking most of the profits
Coffee life wife and kids. Well said!
And they have a proper coffee machine too!
Bingo 👍

Brilliant Fantastic ❤

Hi, do all thia ppl celebrate xmas 🎄
Maybe the yellow price labels were the discounted items Ryan! Just a guess!
That’s what i though but apparently not 😁🙏
@lifeinruralthailand They probably thought, that's just what they will be expecting 😄

Is the addiction to the coffee? Or an addiction to the pressure which the coffee is a current version of self medication?
⁉️Hi Ryan kan you confirm you have received money I sent for kids party. ❤️🙏🏼
Hi Wendy, hope you are well, where did you send? thanks
Hi Wendy - i can confirm there was nothing recievied via paypal on this side with your name 🙏🏼
I always hated how 711 doesn't accept Promptpay, when everywhere else does. Stop trying to force True Wallet down everybody's throats.
Can you put on your shop or paypal?

What about a ROUND ABOUT!!!
For the Christmas party? 😂
How did you learn Thai? I am considering buying a course.
Mainly immersion and living in places where there wasn’t much English spoken 👍🙏
@ I’m in Kohn Kaen so not too much English here. I’ll learn and get there eventually.

@ yeah fair enough but you’d still lose out on money because many people would be too lazy to go make an account with gofund me
I’ve found most people prefer WISE now 👍
Send me the details, I love support every year
All in pinned comment my friend - please note your membership is already contribution enough as it goes to that fund 🙏
Children's day the navy hive the kids gifts
what about a go fund me???
We don’t do gofundme as I committed never to do it 😁
Do you want to sell the extra farm house and land?
Nah it was too much of a bargain to sell and see great potential :)
CJ is owned by the carabao family
BLOODY GREED , THE SAME AS EBAY FEES🤢🤮 ITS JUST DISGRACEFUL RYAN🙄
