Having it in a 45 degree angle is good when drawing. •It can also be because your desk is too high. •Make sure you are using the whole arm when drawing as well. Never use just your wrist. •Maybe your pen sensitivity is too low so you are using too much pressure on your wrist. •Change the pressure sensitivity higher so you only have to press lightly. When my arm is in pain, I always take a day off and it gets better immediately the next day!
I would say if you are able to purchase a Wacom 16, you should choose Wacom because their drawing experience is a bit better in my opinion. They still are considered the professional tools in the art industry. I do agree that the pink tablet is so cute, but I think Wacom tablets will be able to last longer.

This is old tech, I guess you didn't know Wacom released a new updated Cintiq. Smaller bezels, higher refresh rate, accurate colors(no need for multiple monitors for color correction) a pro stand included and short cut keys on the monitor no need for the clumsy remote.
