Norway has a lot of commercials where they have a story, going over several parts. After a while you start to associate the characters with the company. So even without placement items or logos, you recognize which brand it is for quite fast. Think the idea is that the story telling with leave people with a more positive impression of the company

Fun fact, we have an award show for commercials in Norway called Gullfisken (Golden fish) where the best commercial for each month of the year win the award.
The one with the 1st person view is for an online grocery that delivers to your door. They're basically saying to not go to a physical store on an empty stomach cause you'll end up buying much more than what you initially wrote down on your list (the guy who is shopping says he's only supposed to get 5 items at the start of the video), so use their online grocery instead and get it delivered, and save some money xD
I think it's a relatively common activity when watching tv with others to try to guess the product as early as possible. They can be very wild sometimes.
the commercials about the blue puppet came in the early 2000s...I think so since he was used in so many of Byggmaker's commercials I guess he was like a mascot for them at the time
I thought the puppet was stolen from the music video Flat Beat by Mr Oizo. I think prior to that the puppet (Flat Eric), was used in Levi's commercials. Flat Eric is yellow, but besides that, they look very similar.
