Hey thanks for the video! I'm starting nursing school next Monday, I am excited and nervous at the same time. I would love to hear the study tips you have.
I agree with you. I got into nursing program with 4.0 GPA and had done all the A&Ps, chemistry and any other sciences class, so all I need to take when I got accepted is the nursing courses. My first test score in my first semester was 78. I never had a score that low in my ENTIRE life... And it wasn't like I did not study. I studied my 4$# off... SO I cried and cried and cried.... and cried again. Now I'm in the last semester. I got 3 - 70s, lots of 80s and a few 90s. But, I'm proud!
Hey Caroline! I just got accepted into nursing for the fall 2014 semester and I would really love to recieve your tips! Im taking the route of getting my ADN first and then go get my BSN. Since I hear most hospitals are wanting nurses to have their BSN now. Hope this route isn't a bad idea. Just think it will help me save money and the school im attending is the best in my state and the ADN is what they offer but help build and teach you so you can go get your BSN. They really recommend it. Love your videos! They really help
Hi Meghan! That route is fine! BSN is BSN & you are saving a lot of money by going this route :) I would love to send you the tips, but I don't see your email... I'm going to bed soon though... but if you go to my website: EmpoweRN.com & on the last tab you will see "free tools from UA-cam" There you can enter your email address & have them mailed to you :) Keep up the good work!! Looking forward to hearing from you again soon! Much Love, - Caroline
***** Thank you :) I thought it was the better way to go for me money wise. I just entered my email on the site and received your email! Thanks again for all that you do to help us future/current nurses.
For me, I love the A&P, pharm, chem, etc. part of it. I think where I have most trouble (in nursing school) are some of the 'fundamentals' and stuff, which of course is very important. It's just difficult to present that type of info in an 'engaging' sort of way if you feel me. I have a past working in healthcare though, so that helps too. One other thing I also really enjoy are the clinical skills, haven't had a problem with those _per say,_ however I haaate how rushed they can be. I feel I need more time practicing and learning my skills. I've definitely never been the 'academically gifted' type either. I failed middle school and highschool (graduated as a super senior in continuation school) but have honestly been getting good grades in the healthcare courses I've taken so far. It can be tricky and insanely tedious though no doubt. So far I've been blessed with good professors and solid cohorts. Hope it stays that way lol
Thank you Caroline! If that is truly how you felt about the sciences as well then I feel MUCH BETTER!!! Even though I don't start my nursing core classes for a year I'm getting your book today I'm hoping it will help now as well
I hope it helps too!! It comes tomorrow and I may be snowed in with no school so I may have time to read for a minute, but probably extra study time I hope!! Struggling today with Chem study :(
Omg before she clarified that A&P was the basic science classes I got really scared because I quickly thought she was referring to Anatomy & Physiology which I'm taking for my sophomore year of college next semester. Almost had a heart attack, but thank you for your nursing videos they're amazing and very helpful!
Kassy Becerra Hi Kassy!!haha! I'm glad you did not have a heart attack ;) Thanks so much for letting me know that you like the videos!! See you soon I hope!! xoxo - Caroline
This is Justin - (previous owner of GeekSquadSupport) and Registered Murse. :) Sent you a message via inbox. Also wanted to tell you your channel looks great. You are a soon to be UA-cam star...I already consider you one...but in perspective of numbers you have 25% of the number of subscribers that Dr. Oz TV Show has and that guy has a TV show. So kudos to you!!!
Hi Justin!! Wow, so great to see you again!! I thought I lost you forever... :) Thank you so much for this comment! It means so much! I have been so grateful for all of the support I have received... it has been such an amazing journey! Seriously, keep in touch!! Going to check my inbox now! Talk to you soon! Much Love, - Caroline
I know in nursing school of course you learn how to be a nurse. But to get more into it do you learn about all the different lab tests you have to do. Do they teach phlebotomy. Do you learn about every diagnostic procedures. Do you learn about all the wound care, all the catheters and so on. What do you learn in the 1st semester of nursing, 2nd,3rd and 4th. Is being a nursing assistant first before entering nursing school very helpful.
I had to take a test to see how I rank amongst the rest of the state since the college I chose has a very competitive nursing program. Considering it was a small town college, it was interesting to know they had a wait list of over 300 people, while only about 50 got in, and even less graduate. I scored in the 99th percentile immediately out of high school so I got in, ZERO prerequisites done so I had to finish all the pre-reqs during summer semester. That was just for the LPN year. I passed that year, passed boards, now I'm halfway through the RN year for the ASN degree. It's stressful, but honestly, I don't regret it at all. Giving up my entire life since leaving high school and dedicating it to hard work, studying, clinicals, (plus workings casual as an LPN) I know it's all for the best down the line. My goal is to become a nurse midwife by the age of 25.
How did u know nursing ? also were you good at chemistry ? I'm not catching on yet. Just started but it's only a 8week course . It's nice at least that same instructor teaches A&P - and 2
Hello I'm so glad that I came across your channel I am currently working on my prerequisites for nursing school your tips would really come in handy for this up coming semester
jackie garcia Hi Jackie! It's nice to hear from you. I am willing to share to you my tips. However, I will need you to leave your email address so I can send it to your inbox. :) Looking forward on hearing from you soon. -xoxo
***** so sorry on the late reply ive been busy any how thankyou for getting back to me my email is garciajacki7996@gmail.com look forward to reading your tips.
This is so real Nursing is hard. I recorded a video my FIRST week of nursing school a few weeks before I dropped out. Uploaded it on my channel. Now fast forward to three years later I'm a travel nurse. Crazy
Thanks Caroline i have read a little bit about nursing study methodologies and i find them very important. I will definitely apply all of them in my studies. You so awesome! Loads of thanks!
Hi i was wondering what a nursing student can do during the summer? anyway i can prep for the fall semester? i dont want to lose my study habit during dog days of summer. thanks VS
Hi Vesna! Do you mean the summer before nursing school or the summer between your jr. & sr. year? Prior to nursing school, you could start using the tips in this video to get ready: @NVX84uahMNE If it is between, I would recommend trying to find a summer internship at a hospital near you. Many of these are competitive, so it is good to start looking early & seeing what their requirements are. I hope this helps!! Let me know if you need anything else!! Much Love, - Caroline
Hi Caroline, I would love to receive tips. Also is there a link to buy your book as a hard copy or an option to print? Thank you so much for your videos, I start a 2 year nursing program in August!
Jennifer Duhe Hi Jennifer!! Would love to send the tips to you asap! When you get a chance please post your email address or if you want you can go to my website: EmpoweRN .com and on the the UA-cam tab you can enter your name + email address privately & all the information will be sent to you asap! Here is the link to my book though!! www.amazon.com/How-To-Succeed-Nursing-School/dp/1467950254/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else! Much Love, - Caroline
Hi Caroline! I have been accepted to a nursing program and will be starting next week. I just want to thank you because watching your videos prior to taking my exams helped me pass and truly motivated me. I would really appreciate it if you could share some of your tips in getting through nursing school. And yes, I did purchase your book on Amazon and I am reading it now while working out 😊 Thanks a bunch! Michelle
Hello, I'm a junior in High school studying A&P, I'm also training to become a CNA one month before I graduate in 2015. I never knew how hard nursing school's are until I started researching them myself, your videos always inspire me. I'm not good in math AT ALL, math and I just cannot combine (including Chemistry). Math scares me because I feel like no matter what I do, I just cannot get it. But I love Biology and A&P, are there anymore insights that you can share with me, on the steps to becoming a RN after I've completed high school?
Hi Tanyia! I do think I have some good news for you... Even though, you will have to get through some hard pre-reqs for your nursing classes The nursing math is very basic algebra. The only confusing part can be conversions.... but believe me, if I can do it so can you. I was never good at math either & even had to take remedial classes to get up to college level. I do have some videos on nursing math examples which I think will help & I plan on creating more. Here is a link to the one I have now: ua-cam.com/video/0QaN1BvI3Vk/v-deo.html For the pre-reqs I recommend going to your professor and asking if they have any tutors available. I didn't know it, but many colleges provide these services for free. And now, today with the world wide web you cold probably type in the name of the problem & find a teacher on youtube you like :) I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else! Much Love, - Caroline
Hi, I am interested in the study tips. Also, we are currently learning ADPIE (anaylsis, dianosis, planning, implementing, evaluating) in nursing theory. The teacher is whizzing by it so quickly that I feel a bit overwhelmed. I really want to get a solid foundation on how to write a nursing diagnois. I am having difficulty analyzing all the data in a case study and identifying cues and inferences. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.
natnic1969 Hi love! Would love to send you the tips... but I don't have your email address :( What you can do, so there is no more time delay... is to go to my website: EmpoweRN.com and there is a tab that says: Study tips + other resources. Just click there & enter your name & email address. You will receive the study tips within minutes. Also, I just placed ADPIE in the video request folder ;) Keep in touch & I look forward to hearing from you again very soon! xoxo - Caroline
Hi Caroline, I just got accepted into a nursing program and I am scared as hell.I was curious what your thoughts are about people who struggle to pass the TEAS exam and if that is an indicator of succeeding in nursing school. I have a 3.4 gpa but I am scared that I may not have the knowledge to get through the program. I am not a gifted intelligent person. I study three times as hard to succeed in my classes. Is that normal? ( that may be a silly question). I was curious where can I find your video that talks more about your study methodology. You do such a great job! Thank you for all your helpful information.
Hi Gabby! Don't worry! There are no silly questions! I am a lot like you, I had to "figure" out how to study which meant working much much harder than all of my classmates & friends... I found that at first many people in nursing school did well without trying, I was in a BSN program and some of them were already Nursing Assistants & LPN's. They didn't have to work as hard at first & we got the same grades. However, as the content got increasingly difficult, I already had good study habits. I think it actually gave me an advantage... I did graduate with honors & passed the Boards on the first attempt... So keep on studying hard & staying focused!! I just posted a new video that I think you will love, here is the link :)ua-cam.com/video/NVX84uahMNE/v-deo.html Keep on doing what your doing!! See you soon!! xoxo - Caroline
***** Thank you so much for your link. I just finished watching it and took down notes. You are so helpful. I appreciate your information and answering my questions. I will be sending more in the future. Thank you so much.
Awesome! I was also wondering if its possible to do your prerequisite courses in another state other than the university that you'll potentially go to? I'm thinking about going into an ABSN program as an international applicant.
Im am just lost and have no interest to read my book. I don't know why? Can you please help me? Thus week my class is foundation of psyphiatric mental health nursing.
Channan v Hi Channan! So sorry for the late response. Have you seen this video though? ua-cam.com/video/NVX84uahMNE/v-deo.html It is a bit long, but in that video I go over every study tips I could :) I think it will help you refocus :) I hope so anyways!! xoxo - Caroline
Hi Caroline, I just bombed level 1 in Nursing School(LVN/LPN).. Not coping with it well at all. I passed all of my prereqs with B's(A&P 1&2, Micro, Nutrition) But Pharmacology and med math were very difficult for me. Any tips I have to retake Pharmacology over in the fall... Any advice would be greatly welcomed and appreciated....
Hi Vicki! I know it is incredibly hard, completely makes all of the super hard science classes appear easy. Would love to send you some tips!! When you get a chance please post your email or go to my website: EmpoweRN.com and on the tab: free tools from youtube you can enter your email address & receive all the tips within minutes :) I hope this helps!! HI. I came across your website, researching stethoscope types. For the record I went with MDF Procardial ERA Cardiology Stethoscope in all black. Its looks & reviews are amazingly impressive. I suggest checking the YT video on stethoscope out. I'm looking forward to receiving it. That said, I noticed you have several different topics on Nursing on your channel. I've been working in Medical field for longtime (surgical critical care/trauma areas) & unfortunately do to universal hospital downsizing, I was laid off (Thanks Obama care). I'm in my late 40's & the question Im facing is now is; To enroll or not to enroll in nursing school. We all know schooling these days is MAD expensive! What happens if I commit to the long term financial burden $$$$$ associated with schooling to risk it all & fail @ my goal of becoming an LPN or RN? As eager as I am to finally become a nurse, I'm anxious about things. One thing being, will my age work against me when is comes to the extremely difficult & enormous class/clinical work load? The whole process of weighing out the pros/cons has me feeling fearful & stress the hell out! Enter your YT videos on nursing school. After watching a few, I'm feeling little more encouraged on my chances of reaching my dream. Thank you soooo much for taking the time to create this channel & share your knowledge with others. Btw I subscribed to your channel & purchased your Kindle book. I look forward to reading your book & watching your future YT videos. And thanks upfront for sharing your nursing studies tips/tools & any other suggestions you may have for me. I really do appreciated :D Have a blessed weekend. thatsongiheard@gmail.com
madamhummingbird Hi love!! It is really nice to hear from you! So sorry that I cannot give you a guaranteed answer on whether or not nursing is worth the price. For me it definitely was & I had many of the same questions as well. One way that I think about things is this, no matter what, it is always good to push yourself & learn how do more & be more :) You cant go wrong in the end if you are constantly improving yourself :) I know that you have a lot of questions concerning your age, I also did as well. Having the youtube channel & connecting with you all, I learned that this was a question that a ton of people had... and this question was coming from people at all different walks of life. I created a video that you might find helpful, here is the link: ua-cam.com/video/q1SgOFzKEBs/v-deo.html Anyways, I appreciate the kind comment & also thank you for picking up the book... I really hope you like it! I hope you also had a great weekend!! Keep in touch! Much Love, - Caroline
Hi Caroline. Thank you so much your words of encouragement. Taking in your reply paired with watching the video you suggested is empowering me to believe in my abilities to reach my future career goals. Im going to continue the practice of focusing on the power of positive thoughts rather then the negative ones as they come along. My plan is to read the first a few chapters of your book before bed tonight. Im excited to do that. I will continue to stay in touch as I apply your suggested tools for success working towards my future nursing career dreams. Have a blessed sunday & fantastic week ahead, sweetie :D
Hello everyone, I am in my first year in nursing school, and I can't seem to master the question format. I'm studying for hours and hours, but it's not paying off on my test. It seems like there's always 2-3 questions that are right On the test. I'm taking the test and it seems like I'm doing well, because most of questions I say to myself, " well that's a commen sense question. " what am I doing wrong? Can someone give me test taking advice or study advice?
Serena Green Hi Serena! It is nice to hear from you! Would love to send you the study tips that I have, when you get a chance please post your email. Or if you prefer you can go to my website: EmpoweRN.com and on the top you will see a "Free Goodies" tab... from there you can enter your name + email address in private & receive all the tips! I hope this helps!! xoxo - Caroline
This video just popped up in my feed today! I clicked through to the link, but it's no longer valid. Do you still offer the help? I'm in Biology, A&P, Nutrition, and Statistics right now. I begin the nursing program in January! I know I could benefit from hearing about how you successfully studied in nursing school!
Hi! I'm Cherina :) I found your UA-cam channel just a few days ago and immediately subscribed because your videos are really helpful and informative! I'm from New Zealand and planning to do nursing next year so I've been surfing the net on what to expect and the workload and all. I'm a pre-med student but I recently found out that it takes 11 years to be a registered GP :( and I really really want to help people by curing them and being there for them. Also, my dream job is to work in a hospital and go on medical mission around the world! :) So I'm really excited to do nursing as they are also the closest to patients which I love :) I just don't know what to tell my parents yet as they are expecting me to do med... :( I want to sign up and know more about nursing and how you succeed in it and just everything that I have to know, do's and don'ts and all that. Please keep making videos!
Hello! Thank you for these very informative videos. I only recently found out I was accepted into clinicals and your videos have given me a good idea of what to expect.

Hi Caroline! I just applied to a nursing program for fall of this year and if I get in I know my study habits that I used during undergrad have to change. Also I am currently in a pathophysiology course for the summer and realize that this course requires more than the memorization and recall that I need for my Anatomy courses. Its more application than anything else. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! :-) ~Ashlee
Hi Ashlee!!! Really nice to hear from you!! Nursing school was quite a shock to us all... I just sent you the tips... I really think they will help you a lot! Let me know if you need anything else! Much Love, - Caroline

Hi Caroline, I tried again, it's working! Thank you for your videos, I start my ADN program January 20th and I'm trying to mentally prepare as much as I can. I'm really glad I found your videos they make me feel like I (almost) already know what I'm doing before I even start! (I just finished watching your How to Succeed in Nursing School vid.) Thank you for the time you put into doing this, it's truly priceless and very appreciated.
rodney7981 Hmmm I'm not 100% sure, bc I never went to RT school.... but my guess is that you will have a really huge head start :) This is the video where I share every single study tip I have : ua-cam.com/video/NVX84uahMNE/v-deo.html I hope it helps give you an even bigger head start ;) keep in touch!! xoxo!!

HI new subbie. thank you for these videos, I want to be an RN so bad but I am afraid of the actual nursing program lol. I am starting to apply to programs now but still afraid of clinicals, how can I get over this?

Hi Caroline, my name is Tia and I am a nursing student in Calgary Canada. I was wondering if you had any advice on how to get through your nursing skills tests. We are evaluated by an instructor on our nursing skills and it's so nerve wracking! We get 20 minutes to do a skill. If we don't get 80% on our test, we fail and have to take the whole course over again.. it's so stressful and it causes people to cry, become sick and even faint! Do you have any advice? Thank you, you are lovely!
Hey been following your channel for awhile now. I start nursing school in Aug. Can you send me over some tips, info, etc. to help me to get through. Ill be doing the LPN then i will bridge over to RN
Hi there. I've been watching your videos for a while but never commented. Today, I spent all day in my bed crying and killing myself mentally because I failed my fundamentals proctored exam. I have really good grades in both of my classes but I just couldn't pass my ATIs. Now I would have to retake whole class over again. Any suggestions? Ideas? Please help.🙏🏻
Hi, I am in my first year of nursing. I am currently struggling in A&P, and I would love to get some tips on how to pass it. Pharmacology is also a tough one for me. Its pretty hard.
shanae young Hi Shanea! Glad to hear from you. Send me a quick email at info@empowern.com and I will let you know more about A&P Program that we have. Thanks a lot. -xoxo!!
I'm doing an LPN (11mo) Certification course. I was hoping that I could work as an LPN while Bridging to RN. Is this a good method? I'd just like to get out in the workforce as quick as possible. How easy is it to Bridge?
mamasee4 Hi love! The process if confusing & there are many different routes... I posted a video on the options... here is the link: ua-cam.com/video/cQoTnihTk0g/v-deo.html I really think that this will help you :) xoxo - Caroline

Hello I need help! I have failed my first nursing test in both fundamental and concepts. I am understanding the lectures and power points that we get in class but apparently I am not interpreting the questions that are on the exam. Maybe I do not understand the critical thinking part as far as the questions are worded?? Who knows but I don't want to give up and fail another test.
Yayyyy!!! Congratulations!! Would love to send you the tips... when you get a chance post your email address or go to my website: EmpoweRN .com and you can find it on the Sign Up tab! Talk to you soon!! xoxo - Caroline
So I failed Nursing school twice first time was pharmacology then when I came back it was a+p I plan on goin back but I'm I feel discouraged any advice?
What if you excelled in science and biologie & had a hard time with the nursing exams ? Is it normal that the teacher are mean ? I have done my chirurgical training, and i must say it was really hard mind talking.
If you have anything that can help, I would love it. I am in my 2nd semester and am on the verge of failing. I do fine in labs, clinicals, papers, but the tests are killing me. It's my dream to be a nurse and I came into the program with a high GPA. I don't know why I can't do this. I've never had problems before. Help!

Hello Caroline, I know this may be a little out there but I figured, it does not hurt to ask. I have been out of the profession since 2007. I have never had to write a resume. I am stuck, any suggestions? I graduated in 1996 and i have extensive NICU and Peds experience. Plus, I just finished a refresher course.
Hello, I'm taking pre-requisites and taking a CNA class as well. I'm starting Nursing School January 2015. I've been getting Cs. Any studying tips? help pls. Love your videos and everything you do. regards.
Hello Eduardo! It is really nice to hear from you!! I do think that the tips will help you even with your prerequisite classes... But when you get a chance you might want to look into another program that I have. It is called: "How to Study for Anatomy & Physiology." Despite the name, it really can help with most intense classes... You can find it on my website: EmpoweRN .com on the "store" tab. Just fyi, I set it to a pay what you want/can mode... I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else! Much Love, - Caroline
Nursing school is hard because most programs are very accelerated and some of us cannot cram 3 to 4 chapters of information overnight, test on it the next day and repeat this throughout the duration of the program. Some people are quick learners and then there's the rest of us. Nursing theory does have some complexity but it's not that complex.
Loni Smith Hi Loni! It is really nice to hear from you :) One of the best ways I stay motivated is imagining failing and having to start all over again. That thought is so painful that it usually makes me study as hard as I possibly can :) I have a lot of other tips... and I'm going to make a video on this topic which I will release in the next few weeks... so say tuned ;) Also, you might like this video as well: ua-cam.com/video/-lOdkJ8UYGI/v-deo.html See you soon!! xoxo - Caroline
Hi Love! When you get a chance, please email me at Caroline@EmpoweRN.com Would love to help you out as much as I can! Looking forward to hearing from you soon!! Much Love, - Caroline

Hi there, I'm currently an LPN and working on the pre req classes for the RN program. Do you have A&P tips to share? Algebra is kicking my butt, hopefully will make it through. Any thoughts?

Love your videos!!! I'm waiting not so patiently to hear if I was accepted into the pre nursing program at my local college. I graduate as a medical assistant in June. I liked it so much I've decided to keep going. I'd live to read your book !!!! Thanks :)))))

I am highschool student really interested in taking a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I am really nervous about my prereq grade average as most school ask for 65-70%'s I have easily a 70-75% but they say it is really competitive and most people only get in with like 85% is this true? I am not a lazy worker at all, I study and do homework every night. What in your experience do you think the grade average that is really accepted?
I think the title is deceptive in the sense that most people who actually make it to the actual nursing program (not pre-requisites) DO pass.
BSN is BSN & you are saving a lot of money by going this route :)
I would love to send you the tips, but I don't see your email... I'm going to bed soon though... but if you go to my website: EmpoweRN.com & on the last tab you will see "free tools from UA-cam" There you can enter your email address & have them mailed to you :)
Keep up the good work!!
Looking forward to hearing from you again soon!
Much Love,
- Caroline
***** Thank you :) I thought it was the better way to go for me money wise. I just entered my email on the site and received your email! Thanks again for all that you do to help us future/current nurses.
I'm starting nursing in the fall and I'm really nervous and scared. I want to do well. Any tips would be great.
Just sent them love!!
Even though I don't start my nursing core classes for a year I'm getting your book today I'm hoping it will help now as well
Anytime Ryan!
Really glad to hear that it helped you!!
I hope the book helps you a lot!
Let me know if you need anything else!
Much Love,
- Caroline
I hope it helps too!! It comes tomorrow and I may be snowed in with no school so I may have time to read for a minute, but probably extra study time I hope!! Struggling today with Chem study :(
Omg before she clarified that A&P was the basic science classes I got really scared because I quickly thought she was referring to Anatomy & Physiology which I'm taking for my sophomore year of college next semester. Almost had a heart attack, but thank you for your nursing videos they're amazing and very helpful!
Kassy Becerra Hi Kassy!!haha! I'm glad you did not have a heart attack ;)
Thanks so much for letting me know that you like the videos!!
See you soon I hope!!

It's nice at least that same instructor teaches A&P - and 2
Hello I'm so glad that I came across your channel I am currently working on my prerequisites for nursing school your tips would really come in handy for this up coming semester

garciajacki7996@gmail.com look forward to reading your tips.
& sr. year?
Prior to nursing school, you could start using the tips in this video to get ready: @NVX84uahMNE
If it is between, I would recommend trying to find a summer internship at a hospital near you.
Many of these are competitive, so it is good to start looking early & seeing what their requirements are.
I hope this helps!!
Let me know if you need anything else!!
Much Love,
- Caroline

Hi Caroline! I have been accepted to a nursing program and will be starting next week. I just want to thank you because watching your videos prior to taking my exams helped me pass and truly motivated me. I would really appreciate it if you could share some of your tips in getting through nursing school. And yes, I did purchase your book on Amazon and I am reading it now while working out 😊
Thanks a bunch!
Even though, you will have to get through some hard pre-reqs for your nursing classes
The nursing math is very basic algebra.
The only confusing part can be conversions.... but believe me, if I can do it so can you.
I was never good at math either & even had to take remedial classes to get up to college level.
I do have some videos on nursing math examples which I think will help & I plan on creating more.
Here is a link to the one I have now: ua-cam.com/video/0QaN1BvI3Vk/v-deo.html
For the pre-reqs I recommend going to your professor and asking if they have any tutors available. I didn't know it, but many colleges provide these services for free.
And now, today with the world wide web you cold probably type in the name of the problem & find a teacher on youtube you like :)
I hope this helps!
Let me know if you need anything else!
Much Love,
- Caroline
***** Thank you so much your information really helps me, on planning my steps to become an RN.
Anytime!
Really glad to hear that it has helped!!
Looking forward to hearing from you again soon!

Would love to send you the tips... but I don't have your email address :(
What you can do, so there is no more time delay... is to go to my website: EmpoweRN.com and there is a tab that says: Study tips + other resources. Just click there & enter your name & email address.
You will receive the study tips within minutes.
Also, I just placed ADPIE in the video request folder ;)
Keep in touch & I look forward to hearing from you again very soon!

I just posted a new video that I think you will love, here is the link :)ua-cam.com/video/NVX84uahMNE/v-deo.html
Keep on doing what your doing!!
See you soon!!
xoxo

***** Thank you so much for your link. I just finished watching it and took down notes. You are so helpful. I appreciate your information and answering my questions. I will be sending more in the future. Thank you so much.
Hi, great video!
Did you go through the ABSN or BSN program?
Thank you :-)
n_n3 Hola!
I went through the BSN program :)
Have you seen this video though? ua-cam.com/video/NVX84uahMNE/v-deo.html
It is a bit long, but in that video I go over every study tips I could :)
I think it will help you refocus :)
I hope so anyways!!

Hi Vicki!

Would love to send you some tips!!
When you get a chance please post your email or go to my website: EmpoweRN.com and on the tab: free tools from youtube you can enter your email address & receive all the tips within minutes :)

Thanks!! I did receive the info. I think what your doing is amazing & appreciate you responding quickly. Your awesome!!! Thanks again.
If you fail one of those class and you redo it and pass it , is your life as a nurse over ?
Definitely not!
I know a lot of nurses who failed so many things, so many times!
Keep going love!

Can you share some tips on how to get through all the reading and actually finish. I tend to be a slow reader. What do you recommend.
Candy Cain Hi Candy! I have free study tips that I'm very willing to share. However, I need your email add so that I can send it to you. Let me know if you want it and don't forget to leave your email add. Keep in touch! -xoxo
One way that I think about things is this, no matter what, it is always good to push yourself & learn how do more & be more :) You cant go wrong in the end if you are constantly improving yourself :)
I know that you have a lot of questions concerning your age, I also did as well.
Having the youtube channel & connecting with you all, I learned that this was a question that a ton of people had... and this question was coming from people at all different walks of life. I created a video that you might find helpful, here is the link: ua-cam.com/video/q1SgOFzKEBs/v-deo.html
Anyways, I appreciate the kind comment & also thank you for picking up the book... I really hope you like it!
I hope you also had a great weekend!!
Keep in touch!
Much Love,
- Caroline

This video just popped up in my feed today! I clicked through to the link, but it's no longer valid. Do you still offer the help? I'm in Biology, A&P, Nutrition, and Statistics right now. I begin the nursing program in January! I know I could benefit from hearing about how you successfully studied in nursing school!
having been a Biology manor, I kind of know what some of this curriculum entails. A&P is tough !
Hi! I'm Cherina :)
I found your UA-cam channel just a few days ago and immediately subscribed because your videos are really helpful and informative!
Amber Midyette Hi Amber!

:-) ~Ashlee

Hi Caroline,
I checked out your other video and would love to order your system! Please tell me where to go to do this.
Thank You!
Bryan
Hello,
Can you send me the tips? Thank you soo much! I am up to any different strategies
thanks,
Makenzie
Is the ati's really hard?? 😕
I want to go into NS. My mom passed NS and she still has some of her books. Maybe I'll use those to help me pass NS. I found this video to be helpful.
+wesley ogilvie
Hi Wesley!
Sounds great!!
You could most definitely get a head start with those books!!
Keep up the good work!

How do you think like a nurse and pass the tests? I heard you have to think "differently. "

Thank you
Hello I need help!
Did you make it
Just got accepted to nursing... tips are greatly appreciated
Yayyyy!!!
Congratulations!!
Would love to send you the tips... when you get a chance post your email address or go to my website: EmpoweRN .com and you can find it on the Sign Up tab!

Hi Caroline, i would love to get your tips. Im planning on becoming a RN and i wanna be the best at it.
my email address is paula.emond93@gmail.com.Thanks

Hello Eduardo!
It is really nice to hear from you!!
I do think that the tips will help you even with your prerequisite classes...
But when you get a chance you might want to look into another program that I have.
It is called: "How to Study for Anatomy & Physiology." Despite the name, it really can help with most intense classes...
You can find it on my website: EmpoweRN .com on the "store" tab.
Just fyi, I set it to a pay what you want/can mode...
I hope this helps!
Let me know if you need anything else!
Much Love,
- Caroline

Thank you so much. I received the email. It will help so much during my struggles. I really appreciate it. Keep up the great videos!
I'm one of those people that just go to class and not study and get great grades, when I study at home for hours I tend to get low marks..
Nursing school is hard because most programs are very accelerated and some of us cannot cram 3 to 4 chapters of information overnight, test on it the next day and repeat this throughout the duration of the program. Some people are quick learners and then there's the rest of us. Nursing theory does have some complexity but it's not that complex.
hey caroline! i want to apply for nursing next semester and i think your tips would be really beneficial for me! thanks a bunch
I'm studying for nclex. Its hard staying motivated. Any tips?
Loni Smith Hi Loni! It is really nice to hear from you :)
One of the best ways I stay motivated is imagining failing and having to start all over again. That thought is so painful that it usually makes me study as hard as I possibly can :)
I have a lot of other tips... and I'm going to make a video on this topic which I will release in the next few weeks... so say tuned ;)

Hello- I'm a first year RN student. Please share any advice and tips you can give me. I really appreciate it. Help!! :)
I just got accepted to nursing school, would love to hear your tips!!
