- Aloha! Here's what we're packing in our DIY natural first aid kit for long-term family travel. We pack only the minimalist essentials. We also bring a homeopathic travel kit with remedies for common travel related ailments. I did forget to mention a couple things like tweezers and a thermometer. Let me go add the tweezers right now... I hope this checklist helps you pack a first-aid medicine kit for your next adventure!

I'm so bad about having 1st aid stuff. So far we've been lucky and not needing anything but one day it'll bite me in the ass for not being prepared. I know it.
😅 You never know when you might need a first aid kit! We went on an overnight excursion in Borneo and another traveler got a small injury. We gave him some supplies from our first aid kit. Turns out the guides didn't even have basic first aid supplies! 🌺 Heidi

Great kit. I do not do homeopathy as it’s more or less placebo based rather than scientific base. However, I do and practice naturopathy were you do not dilute the substance to an X factor. As she said, they are sugar pills with a make belief. Otherwise, it’s a well thought out kit.

@KenshoQuest superb! this video helped me a lot to put together a small aid kid using Boiron, here in Europe they don't carry the Travel kit but we can get them separately ;) Our of curiosity, while traveling in Japan which one of Boiron was the most used ? (of course everyone is different ;)
Awesome! We used the motion sickness remedy the most. Followed by diarrhea, and fever. Our son gets motion sickness easily, so we got some stronger medicine when we visited the USA. He’s usually fine on trains, but not buses or cars.

What is expiry date of homeopathy medicine
The expiration date is printed on each individual vial. Many of the ones I purchased expire in 2025.
