It sure did bud, started with that to dumbells, to getting a bench then eventually taking the big step to going to a gym which i can say has changed my life, and really help me understand life a little bit more

I’ve been that guy for 30+ years in my marriage and now I’m headed for divorce. But… I’ll never compromise my standards and I’ll continue to drive on do the right thing, the first time, knowing that I’m going to make it. Even though all of the hurt, I’ll be alright.
