My dad passed away a year ago but every year he'd laugh hysterically and played this song many times, each time laughed as much as the first time. I really miss my dad and miss his laugh. I would give anything to be able to hear him laugh again. When I played this tonight I could hear him laughing and I laughed..then I cried.
My music teacher had us being learning Christmas music today and before we started he said something about this and my friend looked it up and the class listened to it together at the end.
Funny, though a bit tough to hear because so many of us (incl. me) are so SPOILED! A good reminder to share our good fortune with those who could use basics in their life, much less fun things!
