The reason your graphite breaks in tiny pieces... the long metal tip on the end of the pencil can become ever so slightly bent and as you progress lead through it, the tension from that slight bend will keep snapping the graphite.

rotring's tikky pencil is fantastic for how little it costs. my personal favourite is the uni kuru toga, super overengineered and very nice to write with

Like he said, "it just makes me want to write in it, which is really good for my productivity," is basically my philosophy in obsessively researching and buying these really nice notebooks that are "perfect" for me.

I don't like the medal pencil, since my hands sweat quite a lot, the medal will damaged. So i use the plastic one, kurutoga 1 gen m5-452 with a kurutoga spining engine and lead protect.
With those heavy pencils, should I write with them or should I exercise using them as dumbbells?😶.... just kidding anyway those pencils looks amazing and vintage🌷
