Such a cool cake 😊 I made our own wedding cake as two books, the top one "once upon a time" and the other one "happily ever after" to match our fantasy theme. I just forgot the back of the books 😂
This is a great tutorial thank you so much. You make it look so easy! Could I ask what chocolate cake recipe you use and why you soak it in sugar syrup? Would it be dry without it? I find my chocolate cake recipe can be a bit dry but worried soaking it will make it soggy. I would be really grateful for a reply. Thank you x
Thank you! I soak it because usually I can spend a few days working on a design before collection/delivery, so it just keeps it nice and moist during that time. :D x
