Willing to buy a unit in a heartbeat kung ang location na ito ay kasing ganda ng Redwoods na pagaari rin ng DMCI. It is a walking distance sa 3 malls. Walking distance rin sa isang big hospital (katapat lang) , 10~15 mins. away from SNR… at ngayon may MRT pa!!! Low rise sya at 4 buildings lang. Kaya, hindi mo feel na crowded sya talaga.
Just last week, I ask one of the accredited real estate broker ng DMCI for Redwoods kung May sale na unit -- wala na daw. Opt for renting one, wala rin. Not surprise -- dahil sa “the best” na location na ito.
I just hope next project ng DMCI ay may magandang location din kagaya ng Redwoods…..

Hello William. Yes this property is situated inside Acacia Estates, Taguig. Churches are outside Acacia.
Association dues are computed on a per sqm basis. Currently, the rate is at PHP 75/sqm. I am an in-house proj sales manager and we exclusively handle sales and marketing of the current inventory of DMCI Homes.
