Hey! I know it’s been awhile but I recently got one of these that needs lots of fixing up and I need help looking up all the parts and techniques I need to get the job done. I’d love to get in touch and talk about it.
You all prolly dont care but does anyone know a method to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me.
@Issac Bentley thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
MuddOxRacing I mean which would you like more at current time, sand rail, rzr UTV or V8 LS buggy. I have all options to buy used but undecided yet. I rode bikes and ATV’s before and and Honda Pilot 250cc long time ago, 20+ years ago😂
V8 buggy is always fun if you like tinkering. If you're looking for a turn key, rarely need to work on machine, the RZR is an easy answer. Probably the cheapest too.
MuddOxRacing Actually where I live, Middle East, new UTV runs $27K. A used sand rail VW1600 is $ 4-5K and a used V8 buggy is $13-15K. With UTV’s breaking belts, except for Yamaha YXZ 1000, they need some work. But I can see where UTV has 4x4 capability and is smaller in size for transport and storage but they are damn tippy and will roll over easily with costly damages and maybe causing totaling of brand new and expensive machine.
@@Eastern_SA vw sand rails are much more fun, it is a manual, who doesn’t like a manual for off-roading?! Buying a side by side belt driven is like riding a bike with training wheels, it takes skill to drive a vw sand rail, more cheap, but the experience is worth more. Plus you can do many upgrades to a vw sandrail, these aircooles engines can be built for under 3k to make over 130hp.
#1 rule of selling a toy.......beat the piss out of it the day before you sell it
#1 rule of toys:
don’t sell them
This is basically what I strive for my rail to someday be. Everything looks clean and solid. Well done...though I realize you no longer have it.

They're very easy to work on. Just jump into it.

Everyone I know that sells their rail , lives to regret it🤔
No regrets!
MuddOxRacing did you sell it? How much does these sand rails worth nowadays? I found one with 1600cc VW engine.
Regrets nothing but regrets
Id never in my life sell mine got to much $$ in it
Any updates on your wheelie camaro
I feel like the belt to my alternator has a lot of vibration in it. Is that something I should be concerned about or need to tighten?
Tighten it
how thick is the tube? 1 "1/2? And how much wall
I can't remember, I believe 1.5" with .120 wall
How does it compare to driving UTV rzr and other larger V8 sand cars? Just asking because I’m new to buggies.
If you never rode a RZR you'd like it. If you have, then it's somewhat underwhelming. That's why I sold it.
