Dear Yoohyeon, I don't know how to do but just go to reputated traditional massage sifu (in my case I went to traditional Chinese one, they seems to do all that effortless but I'm in deep pain and my eyes were bulging like gold fish for enduring the pain LMAO but soon afterwards my super tighten muscle are relaxed and I feel soooo much better than before the massages).
And all the traditional Chinese medicine practitioners I met all told us to take warm water, warm bath, warm water feet soak, warm hairdryer blowing at old aching body areas (don't do it on fresh muscle ache, wait till the internal bleeding stop only to do this hairdryer warm blow to prevent any former bleeding sites bleed again).
For DIY, I would recommend y'all to watch Bob & Brad the American physiotherapists (Bob Schrupp and Brad Heineck). They upload everyday and they are so witty funny XD
They will demonstrate how you make any part of your body functional again except for your broken heart LOL
