Just a heads up y’all. Hailee wasn’t asking for time off. I was being extremely tactful in this episode. I had paid Hailee a months salary to be available to me at all times & she was putting me on the back burner. She had done this a few months prior as well & it was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I reached out to Hailee and did try to communicate but because she was in her feelings because the new makeup artist told her she was going on tour- she wouldn’t respond. I have a business to run. I don’t have time to cater to people’s feelings especially when I pay them good. So I will absolutely unfollow someone who isn’t respecting our friendship. Also there is so much more to the story. 🤍 K thanks byeeeee

I have a cousin that says she had social anxiety and only texts. That's what she told my 90 yr old grandma. That's croc of sht. This new generations are softer then toliet paper with all these self diagnosis's.

The gist I got from it was that she got paid for a month, seemingly the month to come (which is huge before the work has been done) and afterwards wasn’t available when she was needed during that time period. And it wasn’t the first time it happened.

Oh bunny why girl?! Hailee was not in the wrong 😑 sorry but the lack of communication I feel on both ends wasn’t great and I’m glad Hailee is back because she seems like a genuine kind hearted person. I don’t think anyone deserves to be thrown under the bus for something that’s out of their control (makeup dates) it happens especially in this industry and for her to make recommendations is super kind.
She most def was in the wrong. I paid her a months salary upfront to be available for me & she was putting me on the back burner like she had done previous months before. I was being very tactful in this episode.
That job sounds like a opportunity that many pray. For and I do mean pray for...I'm definitely not a makeup artist more like a house mother 😂 but it would be a dream come true, if you should ever find the need for a house mother and yes definitely willing to relocate.

I've thought about you & Jelly a lot ever since I came across your podcast where you spoke of the abuse, etc. There are too many similarities in our lives including the child situation. I've wanted to reach out to you guys for the past few months because I don't know where to turn anymore in the town I'm in. Our system is so corrupt & has me scared to even go outside anymore. I'm sure you won't even see this or read it which sucks because I could certainly use some good advice or direction. I'm 55 & I don't know how much longer I can live with these issues.

I would love to be a guest on your podcast to share my story of how i had to grow up thru the foster care system and family struggles.
