12th hora means 12th house of your hora chart and so 2nd hora is 2nd house.. In your hora you either have cancer or Leo as ascendant. If your hora lagna is Leo, then cancer will be your 12th hora, and if it’s cancer lagna then Leo will be your 2nd hora. So in the hora chart planets will always be positioned in the 1 & 2 house or either 1 & 12 house depending on hora lagna.
but what is the difference between Rashi Hora, and Bhava chalit Hora? The planetary position are generally in different. When and which one should be used?
I have all 5 in sun hora. I have 11th lord in 2nd house and Jupiter aspecting that 2nd house as well in my D1 rashi chart. I'm in my middle age now, still not wealthy, not even close. Maybe as I'm dying in my 90s ...lol

I have the weirdest Hora chart. Sun , moon, Mars, saturn, neptune (R), and Pluto (R) are together And mercury, jupiter, Venus, rahu (R), Ketu (R), and uranus (R)

In Kaalpurush chart, Sun is 5th sign (Leo) lord and Moon is 4th sign (Cancer) lord. Therefore if you make Leo as lagna then cancer will be your 12th Sign. This is 1-12 relationship hora and if you make Cancer as lagna then Leo will be your 2nd sign. This is 1-2 relationship hora.

Every horoscope passes that first check you mentioned. Which is “ if any Hora contains 5 or more than 5 planets then that person will be wealthy”
I have checked a couple of hora charts from people I know, and not 1 (aside from mine) has 5 planets in 1 house. (Ketu, Rahu, Asc don't count)
Are you wealthy? ...Ketu Rahu apparently counts according to this video 🤷🏻♂️
