I know I'm not the key demo here but I always skip the deck discussion and move onto the duels. Some people like that, but you asked so I'm answering. Also, the longer opening skits are on point, to adjust to the length a 1-2 minute skit is perfect.
This new format fits this series much better, imo. Especially appreciate the extra time spent on explaining the deck's history, as well as the key cards. Keep it up! PISS GANG
I haven't play in like 12 years let alone really watched anything (other than the cimo and MBT/Nyhmnim progression series/history of yugioh) but these intros alone has got me on a legit yugi-tuber binge lately
MBT, let me just say i love this new format!! Using the Side deck as a talking point when speaking on the history of decks is so interesting to me and the flow felt so normal and handled beautifully. I can't wait to see more in the future! edit: forgot to add "point"
Holy shit I loved everything you did with this. The history rundown, the sound production, the deck breakdown, this was all a huge step up and hope you can keep up with this quality. Absolutely stellar.
After playing Metalfoes for a few months now, I've found that cutting a Combination ends up working out because you can just send Fusion instead with Souls for the same amount of advantage with 1 less brick, and finding ways to cut bricks from this deck is always welcome. Baobaboon is still unironically a great card, it fixes the hand and makes Masquerena before the pendulum summon Also, Vanisher is FANTASTIC. A great turn 1 play is ending on Masquerena with Mithrilium and Bismugear searching Vanisher in the end phase. Now, on your opponent's turn, you can link off both into Unicorn to discard Vanisher on chain link 1 then summon back Vanisher with Mithrilium, netting you a shuffle and a banish for interruptions.
Dragonpit Magician and Dragonpulse Magician were really the first generic scales. They were searchable from pendulum call and tutorable from wisdom eye. Metalfoes came after
I love the Metalfoe aesthetic so much. The spoons, the fire vehicles turned mecha-armor, the Fullmetal Alchemist reference? Beautiful. Electrumite deserves an erata with metalfoes only as material.
Man this video was amazing, not only was I waiting for this TMT since I saw your tweet asking for pendulum lists but also the history lesson was refreshing, also your voice sounds so conforting in this video for some reason ngl really good shit also pend best deck
I watched this on my TV, but I pulled it up on my phone to comment, because I just had to say- something about the way this video was made just made it stand out among the TMTs. Maybe the length, maybe that there was a lot more history and very clear discussion about each card's purpose, maybe the great skit. In any case though, I hope to see many more of this quality.
You broke your promise, but you can never break my heart Joseph. Especially when you had such good reasons to do so! The TMT trademark is a *bit* inappropriate too in this case, yet I'm not letting that get in the way of enjoying your MAGNIFICENT video.
That intro was histerical, loved it so much! And as a bonus you reminded me of summoners art which it's perfect for sunavalon/rikka deck, all wins this time
This makes me happy I’ve been playing metalfoes for 3 years now and I love everything about it. It was my second deck that I picked up after mastering Goukis. Now I play various pendulum engines in my metalfoes. It just sucks that if you want to play good metalfoes you need magician souls
honestly I wish more of the pendulum decks got cards to make them work post mr5, I love the art and simple gameplan of Igknights but they just don't work, even if they just got some strong extra deck monsters they could be good but nah, like if they had some link monster that existed purely to give them good zones to point to without using the pend summon then they could be good
More like Ten Minute Explaining hahaha jokes aside the new format is pretty great, good job on explaining the deck's history and specific card choices!
Metalfoes was my second deck, right after Blue-Eyes. I loved that deck so much when I could play it with Both Kirin and Astrograph for like a month or so. Links destroyed it and now we can play it again, i'm happy. I can't wait for Illusion of Chaos to add even more consistency to the deck
Hey Joseph, this was a great TMT. I'm just wondering why you aren't playing Rescue Rabbit. ME-PSY-YA is also a good card few people know of, but it's OCG, and I believe TMTs only include cards released in the TCG.
you can add a droll since droll is a lvl 1 spellcaster you can add it to your hand with the pendulum monster, she sint hard once per turn so you search souls, link summon with it and pend summon again to search for a droll
I think Vanisher is really good. Combine it with Melcaster and Parametalfoes Fusion and you can get a banish and a Mithrilium. It's banish effect also procs with either Metalfoes Counter or Mithrilium so you can get an interrupt on your opponent's turn. Metalfoes also has good synergy with Sky Strikers.
I'm glad you decided to cut Vanisher for the Upstart lmao; I forgot it's basically worthless without Counter, which is just miles worse than Combo in this build.
can this throw in Effect Veiler as another search target for Abductor? At least then you'll have an option for hand traps, or if you open Magicians' Souls with it
Hey, everyone1 Re-thinking a lot about how I make Ten Minute Testings. Let me know how you feel about this one, I'm trying a lot of new stuff at once!
The new formats amazing. Please keep doing this, even if TMTs become biweekly or what have you. This was great!!
200% better this way, as long as you’re still able to put them out reasonably consistently this way!
I like it a lot! I’m biased as a Metalfoes Stan but I like the more extensive background about it and I’d be cool to see more of it.
I know I'm not the key demo here but I always skip the deck discussion and move onto the duels. Some people like that, but you asked so I'm answering. Also, the longer opening skits are on point, to adjust to the length a 1-2 minute skit is perfect.
We will keep supporting you nonetheless
I enjoyed how you used the side deck to talk about historically important cards
This information was fun and informative as a newer ish player
i guess I'm pretty randomly asking but does anyone know a good site to watch new tv shows online?
@Vance Elliott Flixportal =)
@Stephen Yosef Thanks, I signed up and it seems like a nice service =) Appreciate it!
@Vance Elliott No problem xD
Twenty Minute Testing, a rare treat
I like the format with the history of the deck. The list is cool as heck too
Indeed
lmao
It’s been a million years
Copying cimo idea COPIUM
This is by FAR the best tmt you’ve made to date ! The breakdown was cohesive and hearing about the history of the deck is a treat, well done
Last time I was this early, Electrumite was still at 1
i do like how the intro had a lil history section and you went in depth on the card choices. very good change of pace in my eyes.
Me: Oh boy, a new Ten Minute Testing!
*clicks and sees it is Twenty Minutes*
Me: Joseph has been met with a terrible fate, hasn't he?
some say the "M" in "MonoBlueTron" stands for "Metalfoes"
Ah yes, MetalfoesonoBlueTron.
This new format fits this series much better, imo. Especially appreciate the extra time spent on explaining the deck's history, as well as the key cards. Keep it up! PISS GANG
“We couldn’t get the speed duel players to buy the speed duel decks”
💀💀💀
I haven't play in like 12 years let alone really watched anything (other than the cimo and MBT/Nyhmnim progression series/history of yugioh) but these intros alone has got me on a legit yugi-tuber binge lately
As a wise man once said "PENDULLLLLLLLLLLUM"
These intros just keep getting better
Absolute mad lad producing the best yugi content there is right here
MBT, let me just say i love this new format!! Using the Side deck as a talking point when speaking on the history of decks is so interesting to me and the flow felt so normal and handled beautifully. I can't wait to see more in the future!
edit: forgot to add "point"
20:59 "I hope it PENDS out" LETS GOOOO
Holy shit I loved everything you did with this. The history rundown, the sound production, the deck breakdown, this was all a huge step up and hope you can keep up with this quality. Absolutely stellar.

Metalfoes Counter can also banish a card now.
Best skit yet. Can see the effort and it payed off
I think this may be my favorite intro skit yet.
"I dont know if Prank Kids are 'REAL' or not..."
To be fair your opponent sided TERRIBLY
Still deciding which was worse, game 2 evenly or game 3 lancea
he is playing fusion recycling plant, all i gotta say
Love the super indepth history, it really adds to the meat of the video for older decks vs new themes!
Dragonpit Magician and Dragonpulse Magician were really the first generic scales. They were searchable from pendulum call and tutorable from wisdom eye. Metalfoes came after
It hurts that you didn’t play vanisher for the removal loop with mathrilium and parametalfoes fusion
Really enjoyed the new additions and added length.
I love the Metalfoe aesthetic so much. The spoons, the fire vehicles turned mecha-armor, the Fullmetal Alchemist reference? Beautiful.
Electrumite deserves an erata with metalfoes only as material.
Best intro yet. And I love a LOT of them. This is amazing
Man this video was amazing, not only was I waiting for this TMT since I saw your tweet asking for pendulum lists but also the history lesson was refreshing, also your voice sounds so conforting in this video for some reason ngl really good shit also pend best deck
The combo with Abductor and Souls is crazy. Hope Souls get a reprint soon...
Also the little Qli package looks neat.
Its coming in King's Court apparently
love the energy in this episode
Absolutely loving the history of the deck at the start of the video. A look back through the years where I didn't play the game
Very happy to see this TMT, I've been messing around with Metalfoes for a while and am absolutely loving them. Great video, keep it up.
LETS GO IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!!!!!!
if you play pendulums and masquerena, you should find space for avramax, that card is pretty much the boss monster of all pendulum decks
Man Subscribing to this channel was the best thing I ever did great work mbt
You broke your promise, but you can never break my heart Joseph. Especially when you had such good reasons to do so!
The TMT trademark is a *bit* inappropriate too in this case, yet I'm not letting that get in the way of enjoying your MAGNIFICENT video.
At least it wasn’t Endymion which breaks two golden rules of never reading and never pendulum
2021 metalfoes players looking at this deck: looks ok
2020 metalfoes players: WHERE IS COUNTER?!?!?!
One of the better intros so far
That intro was histerical, loved it so much! And as a bonus you reminded me of summoners art which it's perfect for sunavalon/rikka deck, all wins this time
Love the new format
This makes me happy I’ve been playing metalfoes for 3 years now and I love everything about it. It was my second deck that I picked up after mastering Goukis. Now I play various pendulum engines in my metalfoes.
It just sucks that if you want to play good metalfoes you need magician souls
I loved that brief bit of history on the deck's impact on the meta, very interesting to hear about!
honestly i love the direction youre going with TMT, i say do it more. this was a great video
Also the kind of history coverage is amazing and I love it and would love to see it more often in legacy support TMTs
Wow, a pendulum deck and a new ad read for YGOProDeck? I guess the law school must've gotten to you.
best intro I have seen so far! Awesome
Absolutely in love with how this one was done!
Two minute skit and twenty minute testing, thanks a lot for the content !
The best ten minute testing.
Pend best dek.
Note that intro is how Konami meetings actually go
Loved the deep dive into the history!
This is why Stephen Trifinovski is such an enigma. A mechanic that you have to big brain, and yet Trif is.....Trif. A true conundrum
i appreciate the change to australian day/month/year format on the ten minute testing title xd
Loved the new format, good video
Finally I understand what M in MBT stands for.
That skit was TOP NOTCH! 🙌
This was beautiful thank you!!
This skit was my generation's Citizen Kane
Thank you for everything buddy
I like the new way you went about doing TMT
honestly I wish more of the pendulum decks got cards to make them work post mr5, I love the art and simple gameplan of Igknights but they just don't work, even if they just got some strong extra deck monsters they could be good but nah, like if they had some link monster that existed purely to give them good zones to point to without using the pend summon then they could be good
The intro.... More like.... THE BURN!! 🤣🤣🤣
Also konami: 👁️👄👁️
More like Ten Minute Explaining hahaha jokes aside the new format is pretty great, good job on explaining the deck's history and specific card choices!
I like the framed cards in the background (on the door)... but for a true Altar, you need an Electrumite right in the middle there.
I like using Metalfoes as an engine.
There are just so many fun interactions with other decks.
FA, Inzektors, Insects, YangZing.
So much fun
Ik I'm pretty late on this one but never had interest in the deck till now. I'm proud of you Joseph!
Can you do an update on this deck please🥺
Metalfoes was my second deck, right after Blue-Eyes. I loved that deck so much when I could play it with Both Kirin and Astrograph for like a month or so. Links destroyed it and now we can play it again, i'm happy. I can't wait for Illusion of Chaos to add even more consistency to the deck
I like the new Twenty Minute Testing format
Pendulum is still the coolest mechanic no fucks given
I came here for the quality comedic skits. I was not disappointed.
i love these intro cuts
You need some medal for that intro : )
Loving the new style
The intro is perfect!
0:38
Best line you've ever had.
a lot of significant changes to the formula, i like it! it looks like this was more fun to make, too.
i don't know if it's going to become a recurring thing, and it obviously won't always be applicable, but i love the history lesson in the side deck
The king has returned
So if I didn’t want to claw out the organs of my piggy bank, what can I use to substitute Magician Souls?
Hey Joseph, this was a great TMT.
I'm just wondering why you aren't playing Rescue Rabbit. ME-PSY-YA is also a good card few people know of, but it's OCG, and I believe TMTs only include cards released in the TCG.
LET'S GO BABY
you can add a droll since droll is a lvl 1 spellcaster you can add it to your hand with the pendulum monster, she sint hard once per turn so you search souls, link summon with it and pend summon again to search for a droll
LETS GOO! PEND BEST DECK
This man got 3 thing negated with droplet and still won, what a chad.
Half way through that skit, I forgot it was a skit.
Finally, twenty minute testing
Waiting on the Magistus TMT that actually uses the Magistus cards 🥲
Even without electrumite, at it's core metalfoes are a fusion deck that just happens to be pendulums.
The best cold open yet
Now we wait until Dawn of Majesty so we can add in GrandSolfachord Musesea and it'll be just like having Electrumite.
My eyes tear up everytime i see metalfoes... The best pend deck 💙❤️
Happy Cinco De Metalfoe
I think Vanisher is really good. Combine it with Melcaster and Parametalfoes Fusion and you can get a banish and a Mithrilium. It's banish effect also procs with either Metalfoes Counter or Mithrilium so you can get an interrupt on your opponent's turn.
Metalfoes also has good synergy with Sky Strikers.
I'm glad you decided to cut Vanisher for the Upstart lmao; I forgot it's basically worthless without Counter, which is just miles worse than Combo in this build.
This intro skit was perfect
can this throw in Effect Veiler as another search target for Abductor? At least then you'll have an option for hand traps, or if you open Magicians' Souls with it
Yeah the intro is very true. I can’t find jack or shit for the past three months when it comes to the big three card games
This deck gives me igknight vibes, I love how consistent they are
What about Vanisher for the interrupt on their turn?
