But if you have to worry about head movement then what use is it, I hope at some point it becomes like Hedra, because right now all you get is expressions

Live portrait for comfy UI comes with 3 cropper nodes, any of the three work. You connect the cropper loader node you want to use to the live portrait cropper. This is done for both the source, and the target video, then those are connected to the Live portrait process node. The only time i have seen missing crop_info error is when i had the retarget face connected and enabled but was not connecting the crop info to the retarget face node. TBH its hard to just explain these things. Getting a premade workflow can help you understand what is needed
