Simple I hadn't took the long way around the Garden Hall to go back to the start. Instead I had just went straight to the room that takes you right back to the present. Not sure why it's really necessary to go back for just a measly cut scene.

This bit is just before the Prince arrives at the island of time, the cutscene appears to occur if you go to that area before you're supposed to.

the mask of wraith seems to be like the infection on the two thrones / rival swords

yes,when he is the sand wraith he loses hp but quckly regenerates the sand tanks.
he changed into that "odd guy" because he took the mask of the wraith:P

It's easy,just watch the walkthrough where he escape the dahaka and know where to escape and thats all,I do that :)
