Is the thrill o Matic using the original tracks of the goldmine but when it was changed just re themed, as the layout seems to be similar?

What if I told you that I know a way to bring back the Gold Mine, make it extra thrilling and you could still keep Wallace and Gromit. Interested? I've been trying to figure out a way for two years and now I believe I've finally cracked it.

I know this is an old video and probably not likely to get a reply, but as I remember, the maintainence workshops that serviced the rides, and other equipment for the park, used to be hidden away underneath the Gold Mine ride. Are those same workshops now underneath the W&G ride? Or did they get removed/moved when the ride was torndown and W&G built in its place?

banjo cat It was actually a planned walkthrough of the ride as part of an event at the Pleasure Beach organised by Club Pleasure Beach Experience. We have also done walkthroughs of the Ghost Train (video uploading as I type) and Alice in Wonderland, plus various other behind the scenes walks and talks throughout Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
The Goldmine's time was up, it was rightfully replaced.
@@yourexperienceguide it's only really the theming and cars that's changed from the goldmine days, it's exactly the same ride just with new theming and cars.

@@yourexperienceguide Yeah. It broke down whilst we was there on Saturday, a few times apparently, once was whilst we was queing for it, a few rides seemed be breaking down last Saturday.
Ive never been (probably cause im from across the pond here in the states (un)fortunately haha.) but i have to say that drop is awesome. Its almost like a roller coaster in a way
