At last someone who knows how to wildfowl at Holy island (lindisfarne) but try lying down on a back pad and a headboard and your knees will last longer.Iv'e shot there since the 70,s and had some fantastic flights with my brother Steve and my mate Davey. Still decoying some afternoons and getting good mixed bags october and november. Also shooting loads of geese inland but none will feel as good as my best season on the marsh - 17 pinks!

Try and pick tides that are high just as it gets dark as the duck will fly over water, but no day is the same. Good luck
