what country was this road paving video produced in, this is a very impressive way to lay down Asphalt.?
The proper name is resurfacing. Very fast, done here in Texas. One time a company out of Missouri did it (low bidder). Laying asphalt is very similar but asphalt mix is dumped into the machine that distributes it evenly 3" - 4" thick then huge rolling compactors follow pressing the new asphalt into a harder & smoother surface. Indeed it is fast and amazing.

Actually, it is called a chip seal, not resurfacing. It's an inexpensive way to extend the life of a pavement.
Why do they pave asphalt roads with gravel? I dont get it. I understand doing in for non-asphalt roads in the 1st part of the vid
