The water in air is condensing on windscreen due to hot and cold different temperatures on inside and outside. A/C removes humidity water from air. Try wiping the windscreen with diluted vinegar (sirka) it will help in keeping the windscreen less foggy. Make sure you clean it from inside too. Another thing is keep fresh air coming in, do not keep recirculation of air. Raise ac temp to 26 but keep ac on. Heater ka kaam karegi car.
