you should allways carry the stuff for a work bench to repair your stuff because if you catch it soon enough the repair is free and for better weapon go to swing set and find the forge there

If you mine all the pyrite in the underground ruins where the librarian is you can get 100 Hoots worth of pyrite or more depending on how many you can get.

you should learn ( if you did not already) the catapult and always have the mats on yourself to make it ...easyer travels ;)

This is a big tip! just saying after i started using them it sped up my progress by alot!

@@SirSim-Alot or you can just get the blue tit mount. that is the best way to travel. Most people will probably tell you that you have to be powerful enough to kill the mother blue tit guarding the egg nest. but lucky for me I managed to get it trapped on the climbing frame below the nest. I caught chase after hitting the nest a few times. then I fell down to the tribe hut under the frame. and it eventually flys back to the nest (I am playing in peaceful mode so that I don't randomly get attacked by everything in my vicinity at once) as I was climbing back up to the nest I noticed the bird was stuck in the frame work of the climbing frame and I starting hacking away at the nest and it was still trapped so now I have a blue tit mount without having to be end game level. I can get from one end of the map to the other in moments it is a time saver.
