They are ruining the game more and more, my guild spent a lot of money in the first hours of the event and the compensation was 31k, they stole from us and now they compensated those who did nothing, they are already announcing that they will leave the game if there is no solution, we demand a "rollback"
They hosed me on some stuff a few months ago, which prompted me to quit the game. I'm sorry they robbed you like that. Thanks for posting. It was tough leaving the game, since there's a lot of fun stuff in it, but seeing Nexters do more stuff like this makes me feel better with my decision. The only thing I miss is my guild.

This essentially amounts to fraud & theft, legal action should be taken. If someone invests money in a product (emeralds for example) with the express purpose of buying & spending in game resources (baubles) for other guaranteed in game rewards (tree rank, gifts, etc) but has those taken away without either a full refund or exactly equal value compensation, then that is theft & the company should be held accountable.

Oh this is a great idea, nmgsgc-sensei, if there is someone who has the time and resources to organize/file a case with a law firm in Cyprus (that's where GDEV/Nexters is based at, right?), then have the legal case filed in that country? But from what people who spend money said, they may have lost HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS buying emeralds for Winterfest. I got 20K winterfest coin though I wrote down the presents I gave and was over 50K in winterfest coins. I got 40k in baubles though out tree is level 7 NOW it was Level 12 on verge of 13 when leaderboard was WIPED. I know this is COMICAL to content creator. Question - WHERE DO YOU BET ON HEROWARS?? You show all the traits of GAMBLERS. Where and HOW do you get PAYOFFS?
I am a new player and this is a total ripoff. If I was F2P it wouldn't matter as much. I am not though. I am playing catchup to other players already. This is equivalent to theft. I will find another game. I quit.

This is my first Winterfest, and the compensation I got looked REALLY huge and OK for value for me, so I'm grateful! I sent one War Flag gift chest to every RISING SUN (server 50) guildmate in our guild to share the blessings and compensation. There seems to be no fair solution at all... and it seems GDEV/Nexters finds it hard to learn from its mistakes, right? Still, despite the woes of Hero Wars and the woes of the world, merry WinterFest, Misty-sensei-sis, everyone! I hope... moi hopes... that moi continues to learn from you, Misty-sensei-sis and other creators and guildmates, and have fun despite the failures, the greed and the gacha and the grind! They did worse with the ninja coins - I lost 270.000 coins - they refused to compensate more than 40K. They are thieves and scammers

ON server 223 I was 9th in the ranking buying Christmas toys with money. After restarting the leaderboard i went to 22nd place and get 250k toys.
i join new guild before some weeks and no one of us got anything.
How did you guys get so much back? I spent over 100K of baubles the first night and only got 12K back with about 20K coins.....

I'm annoyed by it because the guild that was ahead of us last year, is now behind us. But now they all get 300k baubles more each than we do.
