I got mauled on my face by a dog when I was a teenager by a neighbours dog, ripped my bottom lip nearly off, 32 stitches to stick it back on. He also sliced my cheek like it was a knife, a proper long scar. I also had a terrier that bit my other cheek when I was a child, he was our dog, I was rough housing with him, I still have no fear of dogs, I know now that if one attacks then I'm going to win that fight.

At 7 years old, half of my left ear was removed by a dog. At 12 years old, I got bit on my left side by a dog. At 14 years old, both of my hands were mauled by sibling dogs at the same time. At 17 years old I was bit in my right side by a dog. It happens sometimes. Looking back, it was probably my fault in most if not all cases. It's been over 20 years since I've been bit by a dog. I've had lots of dogs in my 64 years, including Pitbulls, Dobermans, and German Shepards. I now have my first Dogo Argentino, and he is possibly the best dog I have ever had. He is smart, protective, loving, and easygoing. He is 5 years old now, and he is by far the best dog in the house I've ever owned. He never chews, gets into things, or soils the floor. He is also one hell of a specimen physically. He is 29 inches at the shoulder and weighs 155 pounds. He definitely gets some attention when we go out.
155 ibs?? dude. put your dog on a diet. It’s fine Americans fatten up labs and pits but don’t do it to a dogo. ridiculous. that dog should be in a field working. not your couch.
@Dre Dre22 Well, smart ass my dog isn't fat he is just huge. What is ridiculous is your stupid comment. He is 29 inches at the shoulder and very muscular. He indeed weighs 155 pounds on a certified scale at a vet's office. He has several brothers that are around 120 pounds, but his father is only a little over 100, and his mother is 90 pounds. He just turned out XXL for some reason. ua-cam.com/video/5pqW26ogLGM/v-deo.html
I have wanted one for yrs now, they are a beautiful dog! Unfortunately where I live in Northern Ireland(part of the uk) they are on the banned breeds list, I would be taking a chance getting one and it being taken off me
I had a rottie for 13 years. She was absolutely the best friend I have ever had. She was gentle with horses and foals and she would kill anybody that even hinted at aggression toward me. Tori was my soul dog..
I live in the US and I went to Greece to visit family. My aunt had a dogo Argentino. It was absolutely the friendliest dog I’ve ever met. She followed me around the entire time. That being said, walking around with this dog was like walking around with a loaded ar-15 with your finger on the trigger. You can feel everyone’s ass pucker when they’re within 100 feet of this thing.
Im from argentina, I got a female gifted to me when I was 8 and she was the sweetest thing ever, she never trained but had the biggest muscles I've ever seen in any of my dogs, she let me walk her at 10 and was very protective, I will always miss her
This is the only type of k9 that ever intimidated me. Ive been around all sorts, including wolves. The dogo I came across was a trained guard dog, well behaved, was huge even for its breed, and had absolutely no fear of people. It would just stare silently directly into your eyes while doing normal dog stuff, never taking its eyes off you or whatever stranger was closest.
My friend if you walked away alive around wolves consider yourself lucky. No dog breed can compare to the original dog, the ultimate dog, the wolf. A vicious dog would just attack you as an intruder or a threat, chances are you’d be critically fucked, the differences with a wolf is if it was to attack you it’s because it decided that day you are a meal.
Speaking from personal experience, a good friend of mine had one, and it was the biggest softy. It was the sweetest, most gentle dog. If train, right, they can be absolutely fears and loyal. They are known to be very good to their owners.
My cousin has a Dogo argentino. they're pretty good dogs, very close to their owners. but they tend to be very serious, my malamute mix was being a jerk around that thing and trying to be dominant towards it, it took a solid 5 seconds for it to give my dog a quick reminder. no injuries were sustained, but it literally threw my dog off the couch they were on.
@Mike Bromeo Yeah. There are hundreds of Dogos that people buy then realize they can't handle. Check with the rescues first, and if you can't get one you love, then research the breeders. They are prone to bilateral deafness, so get a BAER test.
@chris also they can develop hip/hind leg issues when they get older. Worse feeling in the world was when my boy couldn’t walk or run anymore :( Such a beautiful animal, I’ll miss him for the rest of my life
Anon Smith I use to boar hunt. We used Cur dogs to chase the hogs down sometimes for miles until they’d bay the boar up in a water hole or corner it, then we’d catch up with pitbulls to turn loose on boar to catch it and hold it, then we’d run in and tie the boar up and bring them out of the swamps and marshlands alive. We would take them to my buddy’s house where he had a hog catch once a month. At the hog catch people would come from all around. They bring their own pit bulls. We turn loose a big ol 300 plus pound boar in a fenced in area, roughly 50’x20’, the dog owner would release his/her pitbull and the pitbull would run at boar full speed and bite boar any where on its body and hold on for minimum of 3 seconds. Fastest time wins. My other buddy brought his huge 2 year old pitbull one night and turned him loose, the dog ran at the boar full speed, and the boar was charging straight at the dog, then the dog lunges at the hog at full speed and the hog does a super fast spin move 180* to turn & run, and as the dog hits the hog to bite him of course the hogs nuts are right in the dogs face so BOOM BAM OH SHIT, the pitbull latches hold to that huge boars nuts and starts to shake while holding on. That hog let out the biggest squeal I ever heard in my life. Dog had one nut in his mouth and hogs other nut was dragging behind him as he run around the cage. We separated them and ended up killing the hog the next day as they’ll become more docile without their nuts and for those hog catches we want them wild and crazy as can be. It’s illegal now a days for these hog catches over in Mississippi/Louisiana where we use to do them. But I think they still have them going on in Alabama. Not sure but you can watch some bad ass videos online of those hog catches. I’ve seen some hogs destroy dogs. And I’ve seen dogs take down some of the biggest wild boars 🐗 you’ve ever seen. Those cur dogs and pitbulls were breed for it and they DO NOT give up.
Truth Seeker i hate hogs or wild boars anyway they are nothing but a pest to humans and crops .You should have just killed it the first time round and not risk your dogs life because no matter what kind breed of a dog you have when its faced with boar whose husks can easily slash the thick hide of its male counterpart then that dog is finished .
OnePiece101 yeah bud. I know. We didn’t just catch one hog. We caught hundreds and hundreds of them that way for years. It was to supply the hog catches we had on the weekend once a month. We never lost one dog. We did it for years. Our dogs had cut vests on to prevent for getting major blood veins cut. Our dogs could throw down to. They were the best dogs I’ve ever seen. I had other buddies from other states that wouldn’t use cut vests and they lost several dogs that way. But they were dumb asses and obviously didn’t care about their dogs. We did this for the money in a hog catch. I’d only make $300 on a weekend but my boss who pretty much owned everything would make about $7,500 in one weekend out of the month. The entire hog catch would bring in around $15k to $20k but he had to pay everyone and feed animals, etc...
I have a dogo argentino and they are amazing dogs. You do have to be the pack leader with them, but you are rewarded with a powerful, intelligent, pack oriented, protector. God help you if you mess with their pack/family or territory.
@@UnknownEntity334 These dogs are very intelligent. They can discern threats and are very good with children. Also, any person can tell if they see a dogo that you don’t know, its best to leave them alone.
I have a male Dogo. Extremely loyal. Loves our cat and momma's little dogs. Loves our family, friends, and the vet. Hates the mailman, pedestrians, stray animals, and strangers. You have to be totally in charge owning this breed or you have no business with one.
The dogo is definitely not for everyone but their personality is absolutely underrated. Boxer and Great dane were a couple of the dogs used to create them for the personality. Also have pointer in them and can retrieve. They can track and catch game instead of running two types of dogs. Mine loves and protects our cats but chases of other wild cats. He absolutely loves kids and is so gentle with them. For me on a farm he is perfect but again not for everyone. But once you bond with one I promise its unlike any other breed.

You are right . I've never had a dog like this . She is so smart and loving but incredibly stubborn. We had a rough start. Mostly everything I had was destroyed but I love her and couldn't imagine life without her .
"Who are you and where is the big guy" is exactly what happened with my dog (English Mastiff) years ago. My wife and I went on vacation and normally we would bring our dog with us but we couldn't this time so I had my sister come over to house/dog sit for me. It turned into an absolute nightmare. Axe already knew my sister but she'd never really been alone with him. She started trying to give him commands and take him for walks and stuff like that and he turned into a totally different dog. He just didn't care anymore. He didn't feel like he needed to be on his best behaviour because I wasn't there and he felt like he was the boss over her. I eventually had to get my cousin to take over for her because she was too scared to be around him. I learned a valuable lesson back then about socialisation and training your dogs to listen to commands that come from everyone in your family.
My dogo Achilles died last year. What a great great friend he was. Joyful, loyal and brave. Loved him to death. Me next Dog will also be a Dogo, best breed ever.
Mine died a few years ago at the age of 13. He was the best dog i ever had. But extremely aggressive to strangers and other dogs. Very loving towards family and friends though. I live in an apartment now, so will probably never own one again, they need a garden.
I used to train at an mma gym where someone had one of these dogs, it would sit like a sphinx and park itself outside the door to the changing rooms, so you had to either step over it, or try and nicely move it out the way!!
My Dogo is honestly the best dog I've ever had. Definitely a bit hard headed, but if raised correctly they are rather calm. Unless ofc an intruder or stranger is present. Youd be surprised how gentle and loving they are to their owners and close family members. They are renowned for their attachment to children. Overall my boy sleeps, eats, sleeps, exercises, sleeps, eats. I always mention that they have a switch. one moment theyre sleeping calmly, the next hes running for 3 miles no sweat, gassing my ass out lmao

My dog ended up being a shaquil O'Neill freak of nature. He a Labrador but literally 3 times larger. We rescued him as a new born. There was a a storm with multiple tornados and he was found by himself by the river. His eyes were just opened and unfocused and he could fit in the palm of my hand. I fell in love and decided to keep this rescue. By the time he was 3 months you could tell he was full blood lab, but bigger.. by 1 year old he stood 3 ft at the shoulders and weighed 155lbs lol.. normally a large male lab is 75lbs.
I had a male Dogo Argentino that I "rescued" from some people that thought it was just a big pitbull... Got him when he was about 9months old, and had him until he died of cancer at 12yrs old. He was hands down the best dog I have ever had, but he was a lot of work. He loved me so unconditionally that it was painful. Any time he thought he had upset me or 'been bad' you could just see the heartbreak in his eyes. If he thought jumping off a cliff would please me, he wouldn't have hesitated. BUT, he had to be trained a lot, and like they said, he had to always understand that I was the boss. This didn't require domination or punishment, it just required that I make rules that he had to live by and ALWAYS make sure he followed the rules. Allowing any leniency would only open for him to test the limits on everything else. This breed may be a lot of things, but dumb is NOT one of them. That being said. Living with him also required different rules. This is not a dog breed for people who are not ready, competent, or committed to the breed. for example... -I had to train him not to bite too hard, when playing or 'rough-housing' - He had to learn what was a play bite and what wasn't. That involved a lot of scratches.... -He had to learn to instantly respond when I called him, no matter what he was doing, even at full run. -Men could NOT walk into my house without me being present. Even one walking to close to the house would put him on high alert. However, once he knew that I accepted them, he was their best friend and would try to sit in their lap the entire time they were visiting. -He never went outside the house, unless on a leash or in a fenced yard with high fences. He wasn't aggressive to other dogs, in fact he lived happily with my male APBT for his entire life, BUT wouldn't back down from a fight. -If another dog wanted to be friends he was 100% onboard with that... BUT if another dog wanted to fight he was 100% onboard for that too. -In the same vein, he wouldn't go after people while out for walks or outside, and would almost always be friendly right away.... as long as I was... or as long as he didnt feel threatened. His fear response was NOT to tuck tail and run. All in all, He was a handful and required a lot of work and a lot of monitoring, but at the same time his absolute love and commitment was awe-inspiring and will be missed. It's been 6 years since he died, and I have just recently been ready to have another dog.
That's the worst part about having dogs. It's not the training and the taking care of. It's losing them. Especially a dog like that man. Super kind and friendly but can kill a person if he chooses to. It's like losing a child. I wish all dogs live longer.
I have two intact males, and a female. We hunt wild hogs, protection train, formal obedience work and they are my running partners. I say this as a warning to people who want to get a working breed because they think that it will be cool to own and have no intentions of working it. Don't get a working breed unless you are going to work it, thats the point of breeding working dogs, it is like having a Ferrari out in your garage and never driving it. Stick with a station wagon type dog that does not need anything but food, water and a nice comfortable couch. A dogo will never truly be happy unless it is able to satisfy it's primal drives. These dogs are bred specifically to hunt and catch large dangerous game animals. When many "pet people" get these type dogs, it starts to hit sexual maturity they very quickly realize they are in way over their heads and the dog pays for it in the end, put to sleep, ends up in a shelter or passed off to someone else that doesn't have a clue how to deal with them. Their stunning looks will be their downfall.
Why everyday, run of the mill people want to own specialty dogs has always puzzled me. They just don't understand what they're going to have to do to keep from ending up with a neurotic (Dangerous) dog. Pro Tip: If you've owned more than one dog that was "quirky", the problem is YOU. Thanks for your great post. Hopefully some well-intentioned person who thinks they'd love to own a Dogo will think more carefully about it.
"No one should own a dog... There is no reason for anyone to have a dog" my boss used to get frustrated and rant this all the time.... Although "working" breeds are being overbred and watered waaaay down.... I still agree there is a very slim % of people who should own any animal
Everything they said is so true. Got an American bulldog and it is hard even from a pup to remain dominant as they become an adult dog. He’s not huge, but at 130 lbs of solid mussel and balls the size of plums I definitely don’t ever want to see him get angry. Overall he’s very friendly, but aggressively friendly knocks older people and kids down and just doesn’t seem to realize how strong he is. A friendly paw while playing can and usually does result in nasty sometimes bloody gouges.

Yessssssss favorite breeds weird breeds awesome stories that’d be a good episode
10000%, mine is 2 years old, best breed ever
155 ibs?? dude. put your dog on a diet.

Dogo Argentinos were designed in a lab to hunt and protect children. An amazing dog.
Good discernment. Very stable breed.
I love my Dogo! She's strong-willed and so loving. She sleeps in the room, but on the floor. Lacey is 2 years old now, and 131lbs!
Sounds much better than a Great Dane; they sleep wherever they want, and can take up any size bed.
Sounds like she’s turning you into _her_ bottom bitch
@Mike Bromeo Yeah. There are hundreds of Dogos that people buy then realize they can't handle. Check with the rescues first, and if you can't get one you love, then research the breeders. They are prone to bilateral deafness, so get a BAER test.
@Mike Bromeo the bullterrier was a big part in the dogo argentino breeding for their colour and tenaciousness
@chris also they can develop hip/hind leg issues when they get older. Worse feeling in the world was when my boy couldn’t walk or run anymore :( Such a beautiful animal, I’ll miss him for the rest of my life
I don’t want a dog that I’d feel like I’d have to call sir...😂
Hahahaha
This breed was literally bred to hunt boar, as in a pack of them hold a boar and you come up and stab the boar.
Truth Seeker congratulations you’re a fucking loser.

My digo argentino was one of the best dogs I’ve had. Very smart, loyal, and fierce when needed.
I have a dogo argentino and they are amazing dogs. You do have to be the pack leader with them, but you are rewarded with a powerful, intelligent, pack oriented, protector. God help you if you mess with their pack/family or territory.
So what if a three year old messes with their territory. I dont get wanting a killing machine that eats children
@@UnknownEntity334 These dogs are very intelligent. They can discern threats and are very good with children. Also, any person can tell if they see a dogo that you don’t know, its best to leave them alone.
@@UnknownEntity334 umm no dogs should be attacking kids at all, if he attacks the kids then you better correct him good!

Same basic experience with mine.
That's the worst part about having dogs. It's not the training and the taking care of. It's losing them. Especially a dog like that man. Super kind and friendly but can kill a person if he chooses to. It's like losing a child. I wish all dogs live longer.
I hear you.. this type of dog will soon become a liability if you're not willing to put the time and effort into slotting them in place.

J Lev what I was thinking my American bulldog is bigger but they are beautiful dogs
@@dr.bowdoin3067 what type of AB do you have?
Nice I love them, wish I could have one. I have Boer and canecorso
Yeah my friend has 3 alapaha blue bloods and they Are about the same size as the argentino..around 100 pounds
YNRJ a Johnson
Ive had a dogo for 10yrs. Best dog ive owned. Smart loyal and loving. Guy lied to the buyer
Fr, as the owner of a presa, it doesn’t matter if you let the dog sleep in your bed, it’s about being the right person to lead a dog like that, you can set boundaries elsewhere.
Four sleep in my bed at once. They rotate positions through the hierarchy of themselves to be closest near me. They all have to touch me when they sleep.
@@yhap just got my first presa and shes been in my bed since i got her. shes a sweetheart. just turned 4 months, 55 lbs and always hungry. how do you feed yours?
She’s had all types of food, started her on victor hi pro plus when she was around 7 months and kept her on it for awhile. Then started raw which she really loved, but it’s time consuming and expensive, so I’ve had her back on kibble for a while now, purina pro plan 30/20. One thing is I definitely felt like having a dog in my bed while she was on raw diet was pretty unsanitary, but it’s a great option if you can afford it and do it right.
“You have an obligation” 😂😂😂😂
Lol my cane corso sleeps in bed every night and knows his place in our home. Great with our kids great with other dogs and great with friends and family. Does everything we ask especially my 4’11 95lb wife. Let’s strangers know this is his family. Couldn’t ask for a better dog.
I have a pure bred Italian Cane Corso and he does not sleep in my bed but he cuddles and is a great protector of my family .
I love cane corsos, I've seen them in person, never owned one. My Presa Canario likes my cat, but other dogs he ignores at dog parks lol. He's my only dog and he's great with family, but does not like strangers or tolerate any dog's at my place.
I have owned cane corso's for 20 years and I wouldn't let them around my kids. They can be fine for years but one day he will have a off day and your kids face is permanently disfigured maybe dead.
@@williammcphee8760 how do you keep them separate? Would you not recommend them for families?
@@zenmonjoshin9996 my cane corso sleeps in a out building, he has a run fenced off he is super with me but don't take the chance with kid's. What people don't understand is the dog might have tooth ache or something else that's bothering him and bang your kid's severely hurt ur worse you can take a chance with smaller pet dogs. But a cane corso its literally a killing machine.
Just raise your dog right from a puppy and you won't have issues.
Well, that's total bullshit. I should know, my best friend had his 1 year old boy mauled to death by his pit. And that pit was trained 100% correctly.
NO amount of training will remove instinct 100%, they're animals not robots. It is impossible to completely remove all that genetic instinct.
@@ericallen7112 It doesn't 100% work with dogs or people but just like both, raising them right can go a long way in keeping them from "mauling" little boys. So no, not total bullshit.
Having a one year old around any breed without supervision is ridiculous. These are great dogs for responsible owners.
Dogs are like people, they have their own personalities and you have you take them for what they are. That being said, it's your responsibility to recognize the type of mentality your dog has. It's no one but your friends fault for that one year old boy getting mauled.
For sure the dogo argentino is the best looking breed on the planet
Bullterriers
I prefer that there all white tbh
@Justin Craig they do have other colours in them but will always be mainly white. There's a breeder in Prague that has pure black ones I think there actually Pitbull X dogos not sure but they are stunning dogs. Some fucking money for one though. €2000 just to import it and thats after you buy the dog.
@AwwwSweetieDarling there's Irish wolfhound in dogos. Them schnauzer are funny dogs but super dog aggressive. I work with a groomer who has 2 miniatures. The Kerry blue is another nice dog but again super dog aggressive. But you will only hear about the restricted or dangerous breeds. Another shit fact is Irish wolfhounds only live to 7 years old
They look a lot like pits. And pits are fvcking disgusting looking.
Best looking breed? Doberman easily.
There’s a story out there, about a dogo argentino named morocho, fighting a freaking puma to death, after the puma went out after the little girls that owned that outstanding pup. Crazy beautiful and loyal as fk!
They are supposed to go after other animals
Lady who cut down two of my trees, owned a tree service, she had a Dogo. Got to pet him a couple of times. He was, I think, 120lbs. Dog was absolutelty rock solid.
EL Dogo Argentino orgullo argento!
orgullo cordobes
ua-cam.com/video/NeojOepLHeQ/v-deo.html aguante el dogo argentino carajo!
2:15 yoel romero of dog world
James Byrne 😂😂 I agree
That dog is straight from Lord of the rings
Just commented that they look a bit like Gothmog lol
Any recommendations on the best Dogo breeders?
Their great dog’s. I’ve got two.
My mom had one named lenny but he got pinned up trying to escape our yard and choked him self, not even sure if they were legal here in Missouri.
Bro if I'd buy that dog, I'd walk around the house with a knife just to be confident if it decided to challenge me😂
2:30 surprised he knew about cane corsos
0:32 bert picks his nose looks at it then wipes it on the mic. What a savage
What a PIG you mean.
Especially during this pandemic
I still remember play fighting an adult doberman when I was 12. That thing pounced on me and threw me buckling to the ground in a blink. It could have easily ripped my throat open here and there but decided dominance had been established and left. I got my revenge later by cow tipping it inside the pool
Dude you comment everywhere
YOU SOUND LIKE A TYPICAL MORON!
@nomar Dinkleberg *alpha move.
LoL, my buddy had one. Literally, his name was monster. He was a sweet heart though.
My fav breed would have to be a Boxer - I looked after one once when the owner was getting silicone boob implants. He was the prince of all dogs his name was Storm

Umm... why can am I so grossed out by this but I can relate at the same time
Hella LOL'd when I heard him say that 😂🤣
I have a Dogo Argentino
It's exactly like having a polar bear, joe.... Literally no difference
I HAVE A DOGO ARGENTINO who sleeps in my bed and Yes he Runs Shit! 🤣🤣🤣
Smart breeder!! As an owner of this amazing breed they are no joke. They are NOT like any other breed. They are amazing and they are the most stubborn beasts. If they can take down cougar and 300 pound boar you HAVE TO BE THE BOSS!!!
ua-cam.com/video/NeojOepLHeQ/v-deo.html
@@carlobrigante881 video was removed so you have another link? Ik it was prolly a dog fight but I like seeing the dogos power, they almost never lose even against bears or pumas
@@Ryan-fosho i watched one fight a pitbull once on a video, i regret watching it but curiosity won, anyway the dogo dominated at the beginning but the pitbull won in the end, pitbulls pain tolerance and stamina was unbelievable. Still fuck people who fight dogs.
@@turbotim129 yes fuck people who fight dogs but dogos have a deep internal need to hunt. So fuck dog fighters but not puma / boar hunters.
@@turbotim129 BS! The Dogo would annihilate a pit. 500 psi bite force, the dog was literally built around the jaw, bread not to feel pain, outweighed, bred from the fighting dog of cordoba and bred to take down 300 lbs boar and puma. It can’t take down a tiny pit. Come on bro.
I have one from the same bloodline of Morocho, it's the DE LA COCHA bloodline, Great dog but shes a beast.
I have a disabled household member, and mine protects him like he is the holy grail. So gentle and sweet. She is the only dog in my pack that is calm enough to let him walk her. She has been a game changer when it comes to building his confidence
Had a cane corso named Roman! Hands down the best dog ever. Super friendly with my kids an very protective of home. Unfortunately i had to move an couldnt keep him so i gave him to my aunt who had a boxer an a lot of land so he had a good home to go to but it was def the hardest thing i ever had to let go of. Upside i get to see him still an hes a powerhouse of a dog def dont have to worry when hes around!
I have a dogo they are the most loyal, tolerant , and dedicated dog I've ever known
Yup, they really are. Until they snap.
True i had one and he saved me from another dog i have a special bond with this race of dogs
@@ve8578 any dog can snap you fucking idiot. If you are a pussy like yourself . DO NOT GET A BIG DOG.
And STUPID.
@@dirtyjersey6748 Yeah my Great Dane bared her teeth at me once...I just told her "GO DOWNSTAIRS!"
She puts her head down and goes moping to the basement LOL
It's not enough to be big and strong: SMART dogs know their place.
I had a Pit/Dogo for 14 years. She was an AWESOME companion and protector but in the house she LIVED to push the envelope on rules and limitations. She was Hell on Wheels. These dogs look and are very powerful. What I still can't get over was her quickness. Like a cartoon. Absolutely unbelievable.
It's like if cujo was Mr Olympia
I have a Dogo Argentino and she is the most kind dog I have ever seen
They are beautiful.. When I used to go to the dog park I had a Dogo that would follow me everywhere, it liked me so much.
Owners would get super jealous though!!
I had a dogo… she was the sweetest best dog ever. Brought our new born baby home… she instantly became like a 2nd mother to our daughter (loving and protective) These are amazing dogs just like any they need training and good socialization. Sadly ours died young. 😢
I have 6 dogos in the garden and 2 belgium malinois. They love the family, are gentle with kids but will rip apart any intruder. The malinois are more disciplined and need a lot of exercise and motivation whereas the dogos ( hunting breed as opposed to shepherds like the malinois) need discipline more but are a lot more faithful. BOTH BREEDS NEED OWNERS WHO ARE COMMITTED TO THEIR DOGS, if you don't have time to commit then get a small breed or a Labrador('marshall is beautiful by the way).
Those dogs have boars just like toys... I witnessed it myself.
They are functional dogs, controversial maybe but real dogs imo.
I own a male Cane Corso a real example athletic, strong as an ox he147lbs at 22month's
I've been waiting for someone to mention these dogs on the podcast😂
I was waiting for them to bring up Malinois. I have one! She is very loving! To me and people she knows, she is not towards strangers though
Best dog I have ever owned! Dogo Argentino. I can't wait to get another. He was an amazing dog that I used for obedience training. I agree with Joe! Great family dog, need to keep him busy and give him lots of obedience.
Dogo :3
The only podcast where you’ll hear a dog compared to Pennywise 😂
The way he paused and said, "doesnt it" 😅😅😅 idk why but i died
I've got a cane corso, he is a cry baby.
There's a Doggo Argentino at my dog park that's one month younger than my German Shepherd pup and I'm proud to say my pup is just as big as him. But I know the Doggo is going to out grow my boy eventually. Sweetest Doggo ever. His name is Thanos 😳
Man they should've put that in It Chapter 2 😂
I love it when people assume that my service animal is a boy. "Omg! You're such a big strong boy!"/"Yes, SHE is.". 😂
