after reading the title i can confirm this is not college football news
With college football not face scanning guys and still getting their likeness down, Madden has literally no excuse not to get players likeness done. The amount of players that have been in the league for years without their likeness is absolutely bullshit
It's up to the players themselves to get their face scanned. Some of them have been to EA studios to get that done.
There’s no reason the players couldn’t get scanned through pics like ncaa just did

@@ytkajuste7189 yes there is its called licensing. even though they have the rights to put them in the game they do not have the rights to use there faces. EA wont touch anything if theres a chance of a law suit.
Fix gameplay clunky game has been for years . Also fix ball trajectory never can do end zone fade drop in the bucket pass. Ea has never got that right . Worried about doing the dougie and who is wearing a towel 😂

@@user-uh2xe5pq7zI’ll help you out friend: that may be a long time away. Licensing for Madden vs NCAA for player likeness are different. So the odds we get that are low in the foreseeable future
If your a franchise player just download the 2024-2025 season roster and boom basically Madden 25 literally takes 2 minutes or just wait until it goes on sale
When you see the M25 franchise features you'll realize this is wrong

If only that were possible in madden 24. For whatever reason no matter what roster you have saved, when you load into a franchise it gives you the official ea roster of the Super Bowl. It doesn’t even load up the post Super Bowl roster update. Loading custom rosters into madden 24 franchise just doesn’t work for some reason

they can’t import because players from college don’t have the nflpa license so it doesn’t work and yes it has been confirmed read the ncaa blog it confirms that

Madden 25(2013) still had generic relocation teams despite teambuilder being around I don’t know if they’ll do it especially considering Madden 25 is still on last Gen

As strange as this is to say, I'm actually more excited for madden this year than in years past because of the college football game. I believe they will make good changes to madden because they know more people will be interested in the new college game. As a football fan, it's a great time to be alive, and I'm excited to see the changes they've made. Super pumped for both!

Madden sales are going to plummet this year with CFB coming out. Hopefully that leads to the NFL opening up the market for other companies to make an NFL simulation game, that would be GREAT
Y'all really underestimate the power of the NFL. Madden is the only NFL game. NFL has significantly more fans than College Football. Madden's sales are going to be fine. Some of you also think simply opening up the license means we'll get a competitor. These games cost way too much to make now, which is why you see no competition for any sports game (NBA, MLB, NHL, etc.) There's no guarantee another company is going to fork over hundreds of millions to make a game even if they could (why do you think 2k didn't jump at the chance to make a College Football game?)
@@EricRayweather I understand that you work directly with EA to get exclusive insights, but sometimes I think that makes you biased in my opinion. Once they see how much more popular CFB is than Madden this year, the NFL may want to make some changes about their NFL game being produced.
This isn't even biased, this is just common sense. If you think the only NFL game is going to have a problem selling then you're just being silly. As far as other companies making a game, again I'll ask why didn't any jump to make a College game? CFB is not going to be more popular than Madden either, cause College Football isn't close to being anywhere near as popular as the NFL. The online echo chamber doesn't account for the millions of actual real world people who only care about the NFL. Again, this is common sense. Just cause you don't understand the landscape of things doesn't make me biased for correcting you.

I think Maddens sales this August will be significantly less than last year's Maddens. And once the NFL sees how much the sales declined because of the effect that CFB had on it, they may start considering other options as too who is making their games
You're still missing the point here. CFB25 can't have an affect on people who don't care about College Football. That's the difference. If you only care about the NFL, then CFB25 isn't an option for you. There's WAY more people who only care about the NFL. This alone sells Madden. It doesn't matter how good CFB25 is, Madden is selling to a completely difference audience, even if there is some overlap in the audiences. And again, what other options are there? You're assuming another company wants to invest hundreds of millions to make an NFL game, but they didn't want to make a College game, which in your opinion can be bigger than Madden? That doesn't make sense.
I'll probably be saving up some money for Madden NFL 25, I'm so excited.
