Great video! Any thoughts on differences between the Blue Carbon and lightech?
Hi David, yes, the two constructions are very different, lite tech is the entry construction, its very good, durable and weight is ok for the price, but you will get a lower weight with blue carbon and a much stiffer board. When developing into the more advanced end of foiling where pumping becomes important, stiffness and weight will be key things you will want to be at their best! Nothing wrong with lite tech, its a great construction at a fair price point . We have looked at the differences in constructions in some of our other Starboard videos....

Begginer, 89kg, my main spot is very, very choppy.

Hi Leo, yes, its probably the right choice if you are in very choppy spot. We often suggest around 120/130 l to start at your weight, but the 7'1 will give you a little more. Let us know how you get on! Cheers, Will
Hello, I bought a 57" take off, then bought foot strapps which are sold by 2 why? and where to position them I contacted the company without answer, I am French
Hi, For a two footstrap setup I always start off by using centre back strap with equal holes apart for fixing them on the board. (hope that makes sense?)
And the front strap depending if you are left or right leg forward predominantly you would have a back screw on the centreline and the front screw set to the left (side of board) if you were left foot forward or to the right if you were right foot forward ,hopefully you can see on the board that we have been using how we have done it.
