This is my favorite Trivium song, hands down.
This song, and the album itself, is probably Trivium's best work. I say this as someone who's been listening to Trivium since Embers to Inferno.
The album is the best one.
"That just means you get to get introduced to an awesome band, man!" That is the right attitude to have towards music! This was my first time hearing this song and I must go back and check out Trivium again, this song rocks!
I actually just started getting into Trivium and I saw them for the first time last night and they killed it. The crowd started chanting “Shogun” and Matt was like “I’d love to but we haven’t prepared it, luckily we have an equally badass song” and then they killed it with Pull Harder

God, Trivium was one of my favorite bands since I was like 8 years old. I used to take my mom's iPod to school in 4th grade to listen to them. My first concert was when I saw them and Slipknot for my 9th birthday.

I love trivium. They are in my top three, always. The one thing that bothered me is the the one person who said that Matt was from Maine. He was born in Japan and then lived in Florida
Well they said the lead guitarist was from Maine so I’d assume they meant Corey.
The Lead Guitarist Corey was born in Dover-Foxcroft. Not too far from me, and I'm a huge trivium fan, we all love that he made it from such a small town and state.
This whole album is a fucking masterpiece. This song alone is easily one of my top 3 favorite songs.

Speaking of hometown-ish bands, Whitechapel was formed in Knoxville and I live in Chattanooga, about 2 hours away. My brother in law, who is seven years older than I, was telling me about when he saw their first show in Chatt when he was either in High School or just after he graduated. I always thought that was a cool story.

Finally made it to a an FC on stream.
apparently Matt Heafy joined when he was either 13 or 15 as a guitarist then became the lead singer later on, and actually the band split in half with how they wanted the band to go, and around 2003 was when the split happened and the current trivium setup was formed

Also just curious, I don't do a lot of guitar hero on PC just due to how much of an inconvenience it is to set up, but my question is what exact guitar hero/mod are you playing on? It almost appears like the guitar hero III engine reskinned to look like guitar hero WoR, plus the Rock Band solo sections and I love it. I'd like to look into getting this if you could lead me in the right direction. I could be totally wrong about this as well, feel free to correct me.

You got it! It's the way the song is put together for Guitar Hero / Rock Band. A bad chart would be notes which were poorly arranged, etc.

This is clone hero, it's a unity version of guitar hero for pc but is very easy to run and add songs.
This chart makes no sense in some places.

JasonParadise how often do you use clone hero? And is it for PC? Like I don't have a good PC, but I have ps3 and ps4, so I'm looking for a good guitar to get for those systems, and want to get some custom songs
It's all I use now. It's the single best way to play custom songs at this point... plus it's still in development with even more features planned. :)
