Lesrn to devide your hives! Learn to feed them a bit to keep them going ! A medium or large hive can bring in a lot of honey while a little starter swarm will take two months to get moving! Protect your combs! They are like gold! Learn to keep the same hive going year after year! Experiment to see how much sugar it will take to keep some of them going! Then you have to watch them close so they dont swarm away before you do something with them!!! Good luck with your bees!
Whenever i manage to catch bees they all swarm away after fee weeks. I have 15 hives but only 4 are fully colonized but these bees don't produce honey. Two years straight.
We are sorry for what you are experiencing. 1.What type of timber used? 2. How high are the hives placed? 3. Are your hives clean? 4. What type of hives are you using? For more assistance just contact the number provided and share the images of the hives and how they are placed.
@LennieMuriithi bees can not survive in a place where they can not maintain the temperatures. Check on the top cover and before you put it, cover with a heavy material that can cool the heat from the top. Then put the hive top cover.

The hives are langstroth made using grevillea timber. They are three feets high and very clean inside but they are not painted outside.
