This music is now available on Spotify, Apple Music and others. Under the name 'Dark Piano Collection III'. 🤍 Enjoy.
This is awesome. Such a great work. Short question: Can this be played in the background while streaming? Or will it result in DMCA claims?
Oh and I dont mean financial claims but rather the stream being muted due to copyright content. These songs are just perfect for streaming.
Imagine sitting down at a piano recital and the pianist says.
“This one is called Violent Pornography”.
"My stepson is scheduled to play next, he arranged the most beautiful rendition of 'This Cocaine Makes Me Feel Like I’m On This Song.'"
lmaoooo
Up next is a love song, here is my nephew with "She's like Heroin"
“thank you for coming everyone this is 9 year old timmy playing “sugar” on the piano😢”
😂😂
Bless the Algorithm for recommending this. Great work.
I agree!!
I concur
Samee here
SAME HERE! HAHAHA🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿
Totally!
I would love to hear Serj gently sing the words to the piano version of his music. It would be beautiful.
I'll do it.
Look up Serj singing with the "Elect the dead" Symphony :)
Paging @serj
Daron is the incredible singer out of the two
@dorianmode69 dude nothing against Daron he's great and all but serj is one of the most talented rock singers all time. Daron does one thing really well with his voice while serj has a much more dynamic and instantly recognizable voice not only than Daron but most any of his contemporaries.
the most happiest day of my life
i see what you did there.
Me too .oh god me too

Ohhhhhhhh yes

This feels like I'm 93, looking back on my life, remembering the good days of my early 20s and how I used to drive around town blasting SOAD in the car.
Im 18 and i do that every saturday
@@danielemarconi3301You will look back on these years and those memories very fondly. Don't take them for granted. I'm 40, and I did exactly that 20 years ago. The time flies.
After listening to this, I'm gonna go do that right now in my late 30s
40 next year but still feel 20
So much people with the same feeling about system of a down and the way we grow up...
People are blessing the algorithm for recommending this but the real blessing goes to you. Massive thank you for this masterpiece.
Real blessing should goes to SOAD for composing it…
@@airhonda Yeah, them too. And you too, for listening!
Nah... the algorithm. 😊
Without the algorithm, there would be nowhere to go to type this.
@@alexstephenschumaker8195 Do you think I would regret it a lot if it didn't happen?
As a lifelong Soad fan and hugely passionate piano player who has been trying to learn how to play metal for too long, this has been extremely nice to see
I tried searching for good piano covers of SOAD years ago, Ive never found anything of quality before, this is incredible, I'm so excited to find this
now that you hear how can it sounds its time to grab that piano and do the most beautiful thing anyone can do with music, EXPERIMENT AND DISCOVER
I got into SOAD and playing piano around the same time in my teens so this is hugely satisfying for me also.
I never thought SOAD could be relaxing
It has always been relaxing for me
Listenning cannibal corpse at breakfatst @@_Hipik_ ? 😂
Metal, in general, is actually very calming and relaxing to me. I think it has something to do with how it all just makes sense. It's like a chaotic complex puzzle, all magically falling perfectly into place.
even the dirtiest thrash will get me amped up, but after a few songs I get super chill, throw on some Lorena MkKennitt or power metal and lay in a hammock for a couple hours.
I have a buddy that I used to live with who used to sleep with system of a down on a playlist every night.
I used to play SOAD to go to bed in high school. The harmonies were so relaxing even in the original form. This is next level lullaby. My cats are loving it too
I want this played at my funeral.
If this isn't played at my funeral I'm coming back to haunt whoever planned it.
Yo quiero una así con varias bandas como linkin Park, Aerosmith, guns and roses, blink 182, Audioslave, etc
Long gig
Same, mate
That's a damn long funeral
My newborn was having a rough night. Thank you for creating this. Such soothing tones for a new lullaby playlist that I can also sing to him :)
Back in the day I had the same experience with a similar Disney cover. Would have enjoyed this too.
"You let your baby hear "violent pornography?" - "It was on piano...." lol no one would get this haha
Metal for life.
“Go to bed sweetie.”
“WAKE UP! “
@@AdamJSmithberger rotflmao "I'll get you a pogo stick tomorrow, honey for now, here's a song about it. sleep tight." XD I'm dying. I need a baby now so I can sing to them too.
Metal/rock is the closest thing to classical music that's why it meshes so well. Bravo on this.
Death metal is closer to classical music. SOAD is based off jazz.
It's funny because people who make that claim are trying to legitimise their tastes in some genres by comparing it to classical, while making it painfully obvious they have never really listened to any classical music and they think it just means "sad piano". Cause while there are some heavy classical influences in some metal subgenres, there is almost nothing classical about SOAD and this video is a perfect showcase of that.
Just enjoy what you enjoy and stop making vacuous statements to make yourself look smarter than you are. It's actually having the opposite effect.
@@Sc4recrow44 damn that comment really hurt you
@@Sc4recrow44I agree with you 100 percent💯💯💯💯
@@jd33vil Not really, I like both metal and classical a lot. It's just a sad trend within metal to try and legitimise it through its resemblance to classical, even though it is a legitimate genre in and of itself. And when people do it about bands who have very little classical influences, it comes off as both extremely pedantic and uneducated.
Lonely day in this style has me crying 😭
This is the first time in 5 years I’ve wanted to be back in the office. This would be playing on my Bluetooth speaker as a secret code to find the other cool people there. Phenomenal job on these arrangements. Thanks so much for sharing them with us.
hehehe, heck yeah!
I could just picture myself with my head cocked to the side in confusion going, "I know that song"
@@alysefitz5351 Haha yes!! Exactly
“Hey what do you think of the recent piano pieces that’s been randomly blasting throughout… not at all played by me?” Lol and start to wonder if they know the tunes or not
Why is this so gorgeous? It’s really a testament to how well written SOAD songs are.
we need a metallica version of these masterpieces bro. Thank you.
To-do-list ⚠️🫡
@@otaiza_jl is type o negative on that list?
@@otaiza_jl i´d like to experience that for sure.
If we're doing requests, I'm gonna say In Flames! Haha.
@@Roks559Would love that. Some punk could be interesting too, like Bad Religion, Strung Out or NoMeansNo
An example of genre being just a set of lenses through which we look at music. Beneath the surface, music is universal.
This is hauntingly beautiful. Hearing a song like Chop Suey performed this way blew me away, gave me goose bumps. Absolutely outstanding.
Chop suey version tore me apart to atoms... I haven't experienced anything like this in my 30 years of existence here..
Its astonishing that an entire masterpiece of a piano version was just created by your divine talent.
Thank you

Please upload this masterpiece to Spotify.
Worth it to pay for the rights, if you can.
I would keep this on repeat if it were on spotify.
I don’t use Spotify but if you click his bio he has his Spotify link
It is possible to have this collection on Spotify this June I think. Stay tuned!
Gosh, I sure miss my Grandma. She used to play beautiful music on the piano just like this, straight from her Heart ❤️
we need a video of korn songs on piano. these are absolutely amazing dude please never stop making them
please! for real
Im a HUGE fan of SOAD and I didn't knew I needed this, it completes my soul...
im a massive fan, myself and find this amazing.
Did you know that Serj has a Solo band and he often plays the piano and every other instrument you hear in his songs?
@@dustencross357 Im well versed with Serj
@@txshaemac I really enjoy his vocal range
Эта методика подхода к музыке SOAD просто взывает мозг... Никогда бы не подумал,что можно сыграть эти произведения в столь умиротворенном, спокойном и мелодичном варианте. Спасибо автору.
My studying music just got a major upgrade
You are the best discovery I've ever had, you are accompanying me for hours and hours of study and university work. Never stop doing what you do, please.
Wow Hypnotize and Holy Mountains sound truly spooky.
I love those two!
I love the piano version of "Lonely day" so much. 🖤

The algorithm knows me perfectly, i LOVE soad but i also enjoy classical music. I am a drummer in a metal band and i also play classical music on the piano 🤌
Why am I crying now that Toxicity is on? In my head I'm singing along. "...how do you own the world? How do you own disorder? Disorder... somewhere between the sacred silence, sacred silence and sleep. " 😢😭🥲

Yes pleaaaseee!

This is super beautiful, helps me relax and think about my life all while having the best memories of the original songs.
"Hey Siri,
Set a reminder every day for 50 years to open this video from 2pm -5 pm."
"Reminder set."
This is utterly beautiful.
Is anyone else getting a slightly fuzzy tone instead of crystal clear? Is it my headphones maybe?
I wish I had been in the room lying on the floor with my eyes closed to hear it in its glory- I'm a guitar player of 30 years but I still think piano is the most emotionally expressive instrument I've ever heard
Sometimes the gain on the piano can lead to a buzzing sound. Especially if it’s turned up too loud. It’s just something that happens with a piano 🤷🏻♂️
@@ashtonspann9790pianos dont have gain
I didn't know I needed SOAD instrumental in my life until this. Thanks! 🥰
Another win. These pieces are forever in my playlist.
This is phenomenal, would love to hear you cover Queens of the Stone Age
I could not have asked for a better instrument for this album. Beyond words!

Thank you. You are blessed.
Toxicity was done beautifully!!

Amazing.
These songs fill the Soul.
Breathtaking. Didn't know I needed this until today. The gain reverb even adds to the experience.

It’s amazing how beautiful and melancholic B.Y.O.B sounds in this version. Made me appreciate this song in a whole new way.
This is very beautiful. I remember listening to Soldier Side after recently getting back from Iraq. I was driving on the highway at night with my wife. She’s not really into that kind of music and probably would’ve preferred to shut it off. I knew she was listening to the words when I looked over and saw her crying. It was a strange feeling because in that moment I felt like she understood how I felt.
Beautiful. Thank you for your work.
You are the BEST Juan, much love
Goosebumps anyone?
I've never really listened to SOAD but I'm loving this.

I just saw this on my feed and got so excited. Thank you so much as I love System of a Down!! I truly love your rendition. I have listened to your Ramstein rendition so many nights. It has given me peace me in my dark place.
Radio/Video and Roulette sound so beautiful in soft piano.
Well this just popped up on my thread, and it’s just what I needed. Favorited.
thank god im alive to have seen this masterpiece before I died
First time I clicked to a 3 hour content and listened till the end being hooked
Bro, 3.5 hours of system of a down on piano. You are a maniac! I love these songs so much, thanks for making this.
Very cool! I would've never thought that soft piano covers would work for some of the heavier songs but it does!
Aerials is beutiful, who ever made this made Aerials the best song on this setlist.
Edit: we need this to become a downloadable album in a zip ASAP, I'd download this and listen to it before I go to sleep. Please do scars on broadway next!
Especially with their lyrical topics in mind this is soul crushing sad but beautiful. Great work!
