I’ve always been a fan on PVA&M, Jackson state, southern, as well as a few others. I love the music they play and the vibes that come from it. In my free time I have learned a few of these “Black Band’s” music that they play ever year. I just want to know if I’d be allowed to, just so I don’t get my dreams crushed right there and then y’know.
