  • Bamboo Biryani Recipe:
    For the Marination:
    Panner Cut - 250g
    Ghee - 2 tbsp
    Cinnamon - 2 sticks + 1 stick
    Cardamom - 4 nos + 3 nos
    Cloves - 6 nos + 4 nos
    Cumin-1 tsp
    Bay Leaves - 2 nos
    Coriander Leaves (roughly chopped) - % Cup
    Mint Leaves - % Cup
    Fried onion - 2 Cup
    Green Chilli (slit) - 2 nos
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
    Curd - 4 Cup
    Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
    Coriander Powder - %2 tbsp
    Garam Masala - 2 tsp
    Lemon Juice - 2 n
    Salt- 1 tsp
    For Boiling Rice:
    Basmati rice (soaked) - 500g Water - As required
    Cinnamon - 2 sticks
    Cardamom - 5 nos
    Cloves - 7 nos
    Black Cardamom - 1 no
    Bay Leaf - 1 no
    Ghee - 2 tbsp
    Salt - 1 tbsp
    For Layering:
    Fried Onion - 2 tbsp
    Coriander leaves (roughly chopped) - 1 tbsp
    Mint Leaves - 1 tbsp
    Ghee - 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
    Saffron Water - 1 tbsp
    Cashew Nut (deep fried) - For Garnish
    Kewra water - 1 tsp
