yeah the soup looks more like a minestrone with beef bc borscht without the beet is like a croissaint without butter lol loved the vlog! the quality is unmatched
Was about to say the same about the Russian soup “борщ”! The main ingredient is a beetroot which gives it its purple color. This soup is full of vitamins regardless because of all the vegetables and meet broth, great food choice for when you need extra nutrients 👏🏼
@@Marina.Kudrevskaya yes! I'm not sure why in hk they call it 'borscht' here even though there's no beet- so don't be surprised if you ever visit, order 'borscht' and receive a tomato veggie soup :P

@@SamandVictor I think this soup is more like “inspired” by original borscht :)) still looks good by the way. Also there are so many variations of this soup even so called “green borscht” and there is no any tomatoes or beets, but it’s tasty :)
Hk borcht soup is just an asian-fied version of the soup which chinese people adapted to their taste when the russians first bought it over, so more inspired rather than a direct copy but its way more flavoursome than minestrone

yeah I think the transport dept is really backed up thanks to 3 years of being closed off to the rest of the world! now that covid restrictions have dropped a lot of locals need to get their passports and driver's licenses updated... and to make an appointment (and avoid the 4hr queue) you need a month notice! so crazy

I just tried cocobella (coconut yogurt) which is dairy free! But yogurt in general is so pricey in hk!

There is Bromide in some local baked goods at farm market which put bacteria in my GI tract..if Anti biotic needs a boost i suggest shots of high alcohol like sake vodka gin 😂😂😂 Alcohol prevents bacteria growth. Good luck

sorry to hear that u got food poisoning, when I saw what u ate in breakfasts I already think u will have diarrhea, u can’t have yogurt and the meat soup at the same time and with the ice coffee, and what u cook at dinner almost all the food is not good for u to recover for ur stomach, the tomato is sour and the veggies are hard to digest, this is only my opinion, hope u will get well soon
