They're south African dutch Afrikaans
Die Antwoord means The Answer. They are promoting the zef style which is a poor's mans style. They sing in afrikaans which is a dialect of dutch, english and south african local languages. People perceive them as somehow racists but they grew up and are living in south african suburbs because they like it there. Watch Ugly Boy from then, its about a tribal tradition. They promote a lot of local traditions but in their weird way.
