I’m surprised too. I do think it’s just because it’s the beginning of a series, and nothing has happened yet. I know it’s very well regarded. Thanks for watching!
I also had a great time with the Keymark Readathon. Personally, I think 5 books is a really good reading month regardless of what format you're consuming the stories in.
This Summer I finished both the “Memory, Sorrow & Thorn” Trilogy by Tad Williams (Epic Fantasy, big inspiration for George RR Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire”) and the “Prince of Nothing” Trilogy by R. Scott Bakker (Dark Epic/Grimdark Fantasy, inspired by the Crusades, the Silmarilion, Dune and Hellraiser)! I also got to “A Brightness Long Ago” by Guy Gavriel Kay (Historical Fantasy inspired by the Mercenary Wars of Renaissance Italy), “Tiamat’s Wrath” by James S.A. Corey (Space Opera, book #8 of 9) and “Warlord of the Air” by Michael Moorcock (Time Travel Multiverse Alternative History Steampunk(? 😅)). Cheers!
Awesome. That’s some great progress. MST is one of those series that is constantly hovering at “you need to start this soon”. I want to, and I think I’ll enjoy it, but I know it’ll be a commitment. Thanks for watching!
@@AnEruditeAdventure Yeah, quite a heavy season, but so very rewarding: «MS&T» is a true Classic and «PoN» is very thoughtprovoking, if also VERY dark. That said, this Autumn I am gonna be mood reading a lot more, with no «big chonkers»! 😅😄
Thank you for the updates !
You’re welcome.
Thanks for watching!
Out of the country for six months! Now I want to hear all those stories! And - not really liking Lawhead? I’d have guessed you’d love it!

Some variance in your reading can be very beneficial.
