Went to Annanagar In-store. Customer service was horrible including the sales persons, trial room people and the floor incharge.
They were not willing to show the dresses and will keep folding the clothes. Don't believe these UA-cam Reviews and waste your time and money 😢😣😠

After seeing your Video’s I went to Instore lladt month I visited India from Uk 🇬🇧 , Instore pondy Bazaar but there was no response from the sales person they just ignore & no customer service, they are not willing to show the collections. Whenever I see your video i was so tempted to go to this if I visit India, actually it was faraway Where I stayed but I went & came back without buying anything Instore. They should improve their customer service.

I visit this shop at last week but sales girl says as starting price as above 1700 for instore shop it's not affordable for all.then sales girls also not taken too much dress to see..once you tell which one then oly I take, she says.

Went to instore in pondy bazar. The staff was horrible. And they didn’t even respond. When I asked to show the pieces their response was worst. Worst shop ever . Pls don’t go there

I went to velachery instore. The customer service is poor. Before we decide they just fold it and put it back to rack. I did not like the service in velachery. Everything was of same size and whatever we ask they said they will cut and stitch. I did not buy anything there. Service in pothys and fantastic jayachandran is way better. May be since you are a celebrity they treat you with collections 😊
