Ruslan english is very nice, i follow him from 2013 and would like to see big interview with him, about his training program, records, life, best competitions, and of course his thoughts about battle in Almaty with Don Ilya and David. Thanks for material WH team.
nice seb keep what you are doing and dont limit yourself just on instagram like the majority of weightlifting scene has done but film this epic behind the scene story driven documentaries
How good is Eileen! I've been in the same comp as her a few times in Australia but that's probably the first time I've heard her speaking, other than the usual noises she makes.
Right at the end of this video - that roll of the weights by Gor onto the little weight so that you can take the rest of them off is so smart. I feel so stupid for not doing that before 😅
Nuridinov has been a joy to watch since 2010 when I saw him snatch 170 in 85 kg class as 18 year old. 6 ft 1 in tall (188 cm) looking more like a tennis player. He went right up to 105 in 2 years. The Australian gal knows how to work on her jerk-Do a heavy clean pause front squat then do the jerk. Gotta believe it’s Lalayan’s year over Gor. 467-464 bests, He’s beat Gor 4/6 X in international comps since 2021 and he is younger than Gor by 5 years. Anybody know if Gor spends any time in Bahrain? If he does maybe he’s a little better acclimated, small advantage perhaps.
I'm disappointed to see your pricing/billing has changed and that you've gotten rid of monthly subs. The price has effectively doubled for less - getting the championchip only and no additional content. I don't want to afford it like this. Not everyone has US-American buying power... Hope to catch the sessions with a delay on here, and I'll try to not spoiler myself in the meantime. Cheers
Gor is looking good for a very strong snatch, however, if he does compete indeed, Alireza Yousefi from Iran is likely going to clean and jerk the heaviest weight of the +109s.
okay so someone has to say this so Im just going to be that person. I think we may be moving too much in the cinematic side of things instead of what's really important in weightlifting: seeing the whole lift from first pull to recovery from an angle where you can see all of this happening from one to the next.
I would have liked to see the 190 hang snatch from Gor in full picture, I know these shots seem more cinematic but on the lifts I really would prefer normal shots without anything moving.. but I'm really enjoying the content lately !!
“This book is a wake-up call! ‘You Are Stronger Than You Think’ by CrypticLore dives into natural ways to improve testosterone levels, and the results are amazing. It’s perfect for anyone wanting to take their health to the next leve
Someone always comes along, snatch wont be touched for a while but Alireza Yousefi looks like he will be stronger than Lasha ever was, only 21 and made 263kg C&J look easy recently, as long is he doesn't get popped he can beat Lasha's 267kg
@@Mr.Ciobanu Yep raw strength wise someone like him will it take away from Lasha, but that snatch is out of this world, it won't be touched this decade. It will be like Bolt's 100m time.
7:59 god that would be so annoying. Imaging trying to get a workout in and some girl is just screaming for no reason after a lift. I understand just before or during, but come on… disrespectful and attention seeking in my opinion.

Is it available globally?
the quality of these videos is on another level
He obviously knows this
Ruslan seems like the kindest soul in Weightlifting.
He will always be one of my favourites.

Ruslan seems like a chill guy
As a Pacific Islander, I love seeing Eileen represent ✊🏽
She is such a force of nature!! And seems to have a great head on her shoulders.
love her enthusiasm...somebody's gotta get excited
A force of nature with a soft voice. I'm here for it. @@feliciacoffey6832
Simply amazing quality. This is like the old iron mind videos but even more in depth into the athlete’s minds. Absolutely amazing Seb and WH team
The fact that both China and NK have moved weight classes to avoid Olivia is insane. I love it, she is so dominant. what a compliment that is to her
Go Ruslan!
Being there competing is great result already.
This style of video is sooooo good so happy to see how this channel has evolved and become the epicenter of weightlifting videos
Eileen is so strong. Love, from another fellow Aussie 😊
Fantastic channel for the one and only real strength sport .

Hoping for a big win from Gor!
Ruslan seems like such a chill and nice fellow. Would like to see him more
Espero ese campeonato con ansias💪💪💪, no sabía de los problemas de salud de Ruslan Pero espero que esté bien porque es un gran levantador😊

I’m very pleased to see ruslan still competing
Super high quality vid

GO RUSLAN!!!
Gor’s speed and power at his size is crazy
Completely changed my opinion on Ruslan there, seems like such a cool bloke
YES YES YES!! LETS GOOO
10:02 Now I feel so dumb for never having done that in my training sessions
Big deal. In 2015 Dimitry Klokov did this with 200kg. He is much smaller than Gor. You can find in on UA-cam.

@Mr.Ciobanu A brilliant comment. Yiu sound like a child.
Happy to see Uncle Rus again. I thought he was done and just training for fun, but he’s close to top shape again. And his English too!
Really like this ufc embedded style

What happened to women's 59s that was my favorite category for so long and the entry list is missing all the heavy hitters (except Yenny Alvarez!)
What happened to Li Wenwen?
Is lasha retired, or injured?

Big Deal. Simon Martirosian did 210 at 109.
@JohnDoherty-dl2fz Klokov is not in the 109 class and still hang snatch 200kg.
Gor 'Mean ass'yan
How is North Korea allowed to compete?
Its sports not politics. Every country should be allowed to lift.
Seb acting as if he did the "86%" on the spot.
Seb, I don't care what your mother says, those Woody Allen glasses have to go.
Unless of course you want to give off Woody Allen vibes..
The aussie is too loud. Act normal
