that's so true. The AC has become so much of a design competition it hardly resembles a sailing regatta. They ought to make a rule that the designers themselves have to crew, drive and trim the boats during racing. How about 2 rounds. The Finalists race 7 races in their own boat, then switch boats with the other finalist and sail that boat for another 7 races. Then we'd see who the better sailors are.
