IF you dont have any determination than the person will have many excuses like you mentioned "habits are hard to change". In fact you did change your bad habits successfully in your day to day life too which you may not realizes - such as spending good time outing with your family and explored in new dishes or food in the restaurant out from your countryside.

We call it singkamas ( turnip) in the Philippines we eat it raw as snack dip it in vinegar with pressed garlic and sometimes chili flakes. sometimes for fresh and fried lumpia as ingredient.Very refreshing to eat on warm days,I love eating it with sprinkled sea salt.nice to see how you used it in the kitchen.

沙葛我们很少炒着吃,大多数当点心吃,沙葛,红萝卜切成丝条状炒蒜末,虾米,放盐,胡椒粉炒熟变软后放凉再用薄饼皮包成条状炸成金黄色很香里面的沙葛炒软吃起来甜甜的薄饼皮脆脆的好吃😋
切絲加胡萝卜放肉很好吃。
