Is it possible to adjust the tolerance between theets and grooves? For expample, with my settings a 0.03mm tolerance grants me a tight fit, is it possible to have it in solid too?

you could have selected the face and offset the spiral to have a proper starting of thread instead of sweeping a helix separately right.. or am I missing something @4:30
