Please include videos of all punjabi items distributed and consumed at various occasions of the marriage ceremony e.g. Peela meethe Chawal, Sewian in desi ghee, muthhis accomplishment of Khurmas, Gur ke Khurme which are more tastier then prepared with sugar and also few items which were very popular amoung us in West Pakistan and by now lost e.g. dooli, maal pooras with kheer & I forgot a few very tasty reciples.

I love that you described the dish you were cooking at the top, this doesn't happen often in international foods that I watch here on youtube, it was nice to have a working idea of what it was. Every now and then I caught the english words for things, but wow, I'm used to a lot slower talking here in Australia lol. hello mam i really love ur all recipes.. i tried this recipe but after 15 min my sugar syrup crystalized.. and not absorbed properly.. pls suggest me the solution ..
priti if you want to prevent crystallization add some drop of lemon juice in the sugar syrup while making it ..then it will absorb the syrup properly and will remain moist and soft !!
