I recently bought a RF2200 and have found this video very useful indeed. I have, sadly noted, that CIRRUS BONNEAU passed away in December 2017. He was was a noted photographer in the Fort Worth area. May he rest in peace.
Good showing of this technique! Each band needs this and sometimes if you tune on one band several times. With this one can use the divisor of the circle dial to tune in stations more accurately. I done this and compared the 2200 to my Icom IC-7300 and it is very close! Bought mine at a flea market in Tennessee for 18 dollars....
hi! nice to see this video. i have one of this radio. i bought one about 1985 for 185$. Now is in the repair shop but there is no parts for it. thanks for the video.
THANKS. I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT YOU NEED TO RE-CALIBRATE AS YOU MOVE THROUGH THE BANDS. BUT, THAT IS THE FUN OF THAT RADIO FOR ME. THE RADIO REQUIRES A SKILL SET TO OPERATE IT PERFECTLY.
Successfull presentation....May I ask you: 1. ....how I can examine the level of batteries? 2. ....how I can get the knobs(POWER, LIGHT and BFO)of this model?
Hi, I've bought Panasonic RF 2200 last month...great receiver...but I don't know how to test the level of batteries on indicator. Will you please inform me how to use battery indicator? I read the mangal however didnt understand.
