I really want to love this game. Played it on Xbox and Switch but the shooting, it just winds me the hell up. They need to refine it. It annoys me even more knowing part of the dev team built Arma!!
What’s wrong with the shooting ? I agree it needs some refining in certain aspects but shooting is kinda realistic with the recoil and stuff
@@dontplay9937 there is no control. It's shoot in a general direction until you hit something. Reminds me of the PS1 Tomb Raider. Just awful!

We should be able to aim down sights in games, having to aim over the shoulder is good for close quarters fights but not for long range

Well it’s not that simple as “survive”. What you should start with ALWAYS at the beginning is look at the map, pick a few points and create a route to go hit them, usually whatever is closest, mark these points on the map. I can’t lie this is absolutely key if you don’t get this right you are doomed from the beginning as more experienced players like this UA-camr and myself, will pick Bambis like you off every time. Step 1 don’t be a headless chicken. The rest is your improvisation. It’s mostly a mental battle and a chess match that’s what makes this game incredibly exciting and why I love it!! Last of all. It’s a game, don’t stress too much at trying to do everything on the map, pick your spots go there and have some awesome gunfights!

When you hear crows it means someone at the exit. Usually players with zero aim so ez to kill them. If you want you can just go to another exit or hide a litte far away and eait for another player to go to reveal his position when thry shoot at each others.

How the fuck does everyone play …. Okay more or so… shoot… specifically . In fucking 3rd person mode.
I understand you move so much smoother and your sight is a lot better you can see surroundings and your able to see past your sights on both ends of they run to fast around you, your not just fucked trying to catch up with Simon back on him… I get it. 3rd person in close combat is 100% better.
But I just can’t do it, idk if it’s the recoil, the spread or what. But I just can’t hit shit or hit em enough to kill n I don’t do long continuous sprays. I try to shoot and then stop to get a hold of it then spray again to get more accurate shots but can’t .
I’m still stuck in first person mode, and Altho it’s super fucking intense and awesome,
If your playing around 1 or more shooters that’s against you. You r pretty much cooked cause you can’t keep a view on a swivel . Your focus and stuck in one specific line of fire. Giving anyone a easy chance for them to sneak or run up beside or behind or even under you and you can’t see shit obviously.
Idk, everyone I see plays in 3rd person .
Except when you got some distance .
But I try and I just can’t get shots on target when I do.

Idk COD still seems better than this. Even though I’m sick of it, it seems better. I haven’t played this, but COD Mobile seems better!
I wish this would come to pc, played it on Xbox and had a blast!
