How do u feel pvp after changes dr/eva/hits?

shai skills feels dull with reduce hits, they don't have the same oomph as before
large scale pvp I haven't noticed a huge improvement in performance as it was already decent for me before
for dp meme, since eva doesn't mitigate all dmg, you die quicker when you get dogpiled on since everyone is dealing at least 10% dmg, rotating SA is even more important
the rule of thumb at the moment is to reach at least 1400 eva and then stack dr, or alternatively focus on getting 800+ dr for DP meme
