  • Recipes and methods:
    Bread flour 200g
    sugar 20g
    salt 2g
    Yeast 3g
    Milk + warm water 140g in total (half each)
    Butter 20g
    Dough:
    Mix all ingredients (except butter)
    Let it sit for 30 minutes
    After the dough is formed into a ball
    Add butter
    Wait for the first fermentation (about 1 hour)
    Take out the exhaust
    Divide into equal parts and round
    Rest the dough for 15 minutes

    Pudding filling:
    2 egg yolks
    2 whole eggs

    Finally add the remaining light cream and mix well
    Sieve and pour into bread
    Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes
