- He got a new roommate after the hurricane. One of our friend's cats didn't have anywhere to go while the power was out so we took in "Murphy" for the night.

You guys could get one of those big plastic Pink Flamingos and run a hose up through it and the water could come out of its mouth LOL that would kind of be tropical versus the old water pump😂

Dutch Bros. is my absolute favorite!! Unfortunately, the nearest one is about an hour and a half drive. Luckily both of my sons live in towns with multiple locations!
I live in Beaverton, Oregon, and there are way more Starbucks Coffee shops than Dutch Bros. Coffee shops. The nearest Dutch Bros. Coffee shop to where I live (downtown Beaverton) is right on the Beaverton/Tigard border in Tigard. If I am correct, all of the Dutch Bros. Coffee shops, at least in Oregon, are drive-through only with maybe a walk-up window. When I was living in Salem, Oregon with my mom, before she passed away, she would go to a Dutch Bros Coffee shop in south Salem almost every day and got to know the workers there, and they got to know her well.

When Kids turn 16 they begin to have independence and once in a while make choices on where they go, who with, and how long. How can we as parents of special needs children give this same benefit. Its possible to give them some version of this.

My daughter worked at the first Dutch Brothers in Grants Pass, Oregon while in High School. They banned her from drinking any kind of coffee on the job. She was a hyper active child and when she drank coffee it exacerbated it. 🤣

it's me again! No, Dutch Bros™ is not California. It is Oregon. It's in grants Pass, Oregon. That's the headquarters and you will love it! It's just the drive-through though but a bunch of teenage kids work in there and it's a great place. I'm glad you're getting one.
We got a Dutch bros here where I live in Az. They are way better than Starbucks. And ours is staffed with young people as well. Not only are the drinks better but the staff at Dutch bros are so nice and very personable, even to us older folks. My sister and I get beaded bracelets and give one to each new worker. They get so tickled at getting a new bracelet to wear.

Dutch Bros are new to California too. At least Southern California. I believe they began in the Northwest or Idaho, Colorado area. I forgot where exactly but definitely not California. I had my first one in Idaho and am now willing to wait an hour plus in line for them in my area.😂

Murphy looks just like my cat. My cat sits and watches with me but is always more intrested when Nala and the doggos are on. He sleeps on my pillows. Isaiah might soon have a snuggle buddy.
Yay for Scooters. Headquarters in Omaha. Scooters is primarily a quick drive through, though they do have a few walk in stores with sit down seating. They primarily serve quick stops through a drive through as they know people are busy. They are expanding.

We live in Topeka, Ks and we have Dutch Bros, 7Brew and Scooters and Scooters is our favorite although we haven’t tried Dutch Bros yet. My son lived in Portland, Or and they were all over in the PNW.

We love board games!! One of the cooperative games we play is Forbidden Island. The family competes together to beat the game instead of always playing against each other. They have other versions after Forbidden Island but I think it is the best version.

I have a group of friends that I can board game or roleplay with. There are a lot new games that I love to try, and a lot of kickstarters that I can never get to in time or afford.
I love Dutch Brothers, whenever I am in the states. Only flavored lattes here are usually only caramel, vanilla, and chocolate. Unless it is PSL, or nutmeg during the holidays. The donuts are old fashioned and I am jealous. I commented on the short you released earlier in the day about Dunkin Donuts here in DK. Starbucks does not even have their old fashioned in their coffee shops, nor does DD.
Most Donuts are made with yeast so they came from and come out like the glazed donuts but you do get cake Donuts that's what they look like not a fan of pumpkin never have been but enjoy I'm more of a glaze and a chocolate cake donut holes I love them as a kid I go to the local Krispy Kremes with Mom can we get donut holes for me and whatever she likes😅😅❤❤

Yes we play board/card games all the time and always have, it can get pretty competitive sometimes. And in the summer some of us play lawn games which are more competitive😂
Asa, I can barely get my son to have a conversation with me let alone spend time with me to play a game. He used to love spending time with me and then he just stopped. I'm hoping once maybe he hits 25 maybe he'll start hanging out with me again.
