From my research it looks like this is a feature being tested on some servers but not all servers. I would reach out to discord support to see if they can add it for you.
Unfortunately it’s only in some servers. It might be a test feature to see if users like it/are using it. I would keep an eye out in any releases they put out.
Still haven't gotten this feature after almost a year of it being in every server besides mine for some reason :(

It never shows an icon on any call I join.
