This organ, this church .. has to be one of THE greatest works of art EVER created in human history. I am a metalhead, I listen to the hardest music known to man, but this instrument .. can reduce me to tears.
@@roaschmo I'm SURE he (God) told you that...told you to speak for him, or some other silly crap like that! 😉😉... I'm NOT questioning the existence of 'God'. I'm questioning people thinking they've been given the authorization / self-righteousness to SPEAK for a higher power, but, this is just lil ole me over here, separating the bullsh!t from the brass tacks! 😀😀
People usually look at me as if I'm crazy when I tell them that my favorite musical interment is the pipe organ, but how can you not fall in love with those dark and powerful tones?! Someday I'm going to build a big mansion with a huge pipe organ in the middle of the big hall!
Teacher-Senpai I think we're having some kind of mutual understanding going on here. While playing the grand pipe organ, letting the deep and powerful sounds of darkness blend with the light from the candles placed carefully within the room, wearing my red cape and tophat, white gloves and my walking stick by my side. The thunder shall compliment the organ and the lightening shall fill the skies with temporary light, revealing my mansion the surroundings. To ordinary people this would be nothing more than a sinister man playing an organ, but to the right eyes and ears, something before them truly beautiful appears.
And when the doors of your hall fling open you should give the tresspasser the most menacing and grim gaze as you look deeply into his soul while playing the song of dark beauty known as life. People would listen and realize a true gentleman lives in that house.
Teacher-Senpai Then the trespasser would freeze in his amazement of this beautiful yet brutal music, finally realizing that he's never going to leave this mansion again. I continue to play the organ, now the powerful tones are rumbling in the ground of the great hall, and the candles start to flicker, the furnace suddenly blows out in a huge explosive green flame. Shadows appear from every dark corner of the hall. The man tries to scream, yet his words will never again reach anyone to hear him. He's staring at me but without luck, I was consumed by that beautiful darkness many years ago, never to return, and I like it! The shadows are moving towards the trespasser and slowly his body becomes colder, the organ gets louder and the big windows in the hall shatters before the force of the organ! The the lights go out, and the hall is now only lit by the huge furnace with the evil green flames. I break out into an evil and manic laugh as I watch the trespasser's body slowly getting pulled apart by the shadows, in the most hurtful ways one can imagine. I should get the housekeeper to clean it up, you never know when the next guests will arrive O.-
This piece... So powerful. Yet so DARK!!! The pipe organ is the biggest, most beautiful sounding instrument. Every time it goes from bright and cheery to dark and powerful... My whole body gets Goosebumps
Tak - browar Leżajsk został przekazany pod grupę Żywiec, ale, że sprzedawał się lepiej, to Żywiec w tym półroczu chce zamknąć tradycję piwowarską w Leżajsku sięgającą 1625-go roku!!!
The organ is fantastic. It is so great to hear that the Basson 16'' is not just a sharp high-frequency yorkshire terrier but it is very round bombastic sound. Today's organ builders should learn from their predecessors.
To RocKnBlooD - I was 15 years old when I bought an LP of Bach's organ music played at Notre Dame, Paris. I would like to encourage you to cultivate a wide range of musical styles, as no doubt, you are already doing. Go for it! To wedrownik - I live in New Zealand, and your posting of this spine-tingling, glorious organ so masterfully played was a welcome revelation. I've been an organ buff for over 50 years and I'd never heard of this one!
I remember this being played at the queens funeral and instantly recognizing it Such a beautiful piece truly underrated beyond measure i am both brought to tears and peace every time i listen
AWESOME!!! I feel It in my hearth, It has my personality, dark, misterious like the eyes of a wolf at nigth, Its like to go to your own underworld and take the beast of you to create and innovate
I completely agree. I have heard a lot of organs, but this one seems to have a real wide range of soul-like qualities. It seems to express the diatomic ends of the spectrum between the soul-twisting, wracking genius that usually alienates or at least makes the truly gifted composers seem eccentric to others, while simultaneously, voicing with that same vigor, the delightful light passages that even the musically unfamiliar can identify as a charming melody.
Man, just like me. But I'm so lucky, I've got to Lezajsk only 373km so I can go there, listen to a concert and back again to home in less than 16 houres :)
For God and Satan's sake... that pipe organ has an unique configuration. The bass notes give absolute power to the piece, and the tunning (which sounds like 432Hz) really makes you feel like you're in a completely different context. It sends you to Heaven and throws you to hell.
Great thanks! One of my favourite pieces by Bach, and this is one of the best records of it among those I found on youtube. The other one was by Lionel Rogg on Grussmünster organ (recorded some 40 years ago). Why is it other records on other organs miss much of the bass present here?? Without which the piece is far less impressing... Thanks for sharing, this one is a great instrument!!
Bach is stomping the holy hell out of every evil force this world has known. Down to the dregs of black depression. AND? The JUDGE wins. The prelude of bwv 546 makes me know and never forget this will be the outcome no matter how many dark corridors I will sometimes have to go through. I WILL come out the other side. Just like you did, Hannes, time and time again. Danke is all I can say for the carefully notated scores you left us. It was a labor, first, of stubborn discipline---then ultimately of pure Love.
I love the pipe organ go play it is one of my dreams. This instermentime is my secant favorite next to the arMonica which is the queen if the pipe organ is king. The armonica sounds more haunting then even the pipe organ
kostas kristallis But there are people who like what they do, so why bother trashing on other people's work while you can enjoy the kind of music you get off to, and they do the same? (I'm not targeting you, and I'm not a fan of neither cyrus or bieber.).
Don't you pay attention to them... the less the people share our tastes, the better. It just makes differences between that "musical gender" and this one bigger. Sometimes people must be separated; society rarely accepts that. Anyhow, this piece is so powerful that anyone could feel it as deep as it is, without necessarily liking it.
I hate when ppl bash other artists and ppl who like them. Music is music. what is the best and bad is subjective and relative. Let ppl be for crying out loud. would you like to be judged for liking this type of music?
@TheBrain188 He has not pulled out all stops for sure. He just uses principal choruses coupled on the manual and a 16' Reed on the pedals. I also can't hear any reeds on the manuals.
Ulala!~ This is GLORIOUS! String and rich bass, nicely done and i feel sublime :)! Rejoice, hopefully everyone will stop those large scale brickering on politics, drink coffee/teas and listen or play Bach.

Nothing beats the majesty of the organ.
not so the armonica or glass harmonica invented by ben franklen sounds better. No offense. I understand your thoughts I love this insterment as well

am i the only one that gets goosebumps every time i hear a powerful, dark key played from a pipe organ?

this sounds like boss music. ima use it.

Yes, Kingu
I admire everyone who can handle this majestic instrument.
This organ is magnificent. And so is the organist...
This is the King of all instruments..!!
+Lighthalzen-SS Indeed.
The EMPEROR of all instruments.
Sir Isaac Clarke great band
Lighthalzen-SS more like the god
More like the tyrant of all instruments.
I finally found a awesome DARK & POWERFUL sounding pipe organ with the music that suits my taste.
y'all should check out Oblivion by Wretched. Its another one of my favorites. Wretched is a instrumental metal band by the way.
The "duck" ness.

The organ is the most beautiful sounding and beautiful looking instrument. I want to learn to play it.
Good luck
You can get an old rotary organ for pretty cheap, that's what I'm learning with.
I absolutely LOVE the Organ. Such a wonderful, marvellous instrument.
Goose bumps. This sounds great at -20db on the volume attenuator, hope the neighbors liked it.
One of the wonders of Great Poland! And there is so many of them out there yet to be discovered!
When a gigantic sword with an eye wants to know what is the name of the demon inside you
the organ is such a godly instrument
This is the best sounding organ I have ever heard. I must go there and hear it in person.
This picture is too beautiful for words, and the music compliments it perfectly!
I love this!! What a powerful instrument!! Than k you. Lets hear more!! Steven Sopha, San Diego, California
I have not heard this particular piece from Bach before. But I must say, I am glad that I found it.
the playing is beautiful ! in my opinion a wonderful tempo, good articulation, and a beautiful instrument, compliments !
Najlepsze brzmienie organowe i akustyka w Polsce. Leżajsk kiedyś słynął z piwa a na zawsze pozostanie stolicą polskich organów.

Looks incredible but sounds better, I would like to see and hear it in person.
Love how this piece is in C min yet ends with a C maj chord, really beautiful!
It has been way too long since i listened to this beautiful masterpiece.
J.S,Bach *Praeludium in C Mino ,BWV546*

What magnificent music from an amazing instrument
Amazing!!! I haven't heard any better baroque organ sound as yet! Thanks for your upload!
One has to wonder what Bach had for breakfast on the days he wrote like this.
& Jhr. Humphrey, Playing is Brilliant , the organ and Church is wonderfull , The Componist is Geniaal Merci Bach.
I could listen to the church organ forever... just to listen to the tones echoing the church... gives me the feeling God is there everytime... *sigh*
I love the transition to G minor at 2:09. It sounds so ominous and grave.

The organ, the instrument of chaos
MrElarbusto Temptation shall be our armour,
Hatred shall be our weapon,

No. It's the instrument of complexed patterns. It's the instrument of mathematic. It's the instrument of rules.
Guitar is the instrument of Chaos. Organs are the paladins of sacred.
Grappling with the chaos and making order out of it!! Casting out all demons! 😈
I'm gonna say this with most classical songs but how cool would this sound on guitar. I think like 3-4 parts are perfect for this
YOU CALL THAT A BAROQUE ORGAN?! That's AWESOME!!!!!
