I just graduated college and I have Tourettes. You will do fine! Just worry about having fun, studying, and finding all of the exciting opportunities life will offer you. I once had a professor call me out for them and, while it embarrassed me at the time, no one cared when I said why I was ticing. My advice is to just tell your professors in advance that you have it, so that they wont question why you are ticing.

I am part of the Tourettes association in my area now and help counsel college students on how to deal with college and Tourettes.
